The rooms themselves have this cozy, almost intimate feel that makes you want to actually hang out there instead of just crashing for the night.

The staff here genuinely seem to care about what they’re doing, which is rarer than you’d think. They’ll chat with you about the best khachapuri spots nearby (and trust me, their recommendations are solid), or help you figure out the marshrutka system without making you feel like a complete tourist. I stayed here during both shoulder season and peak summer, and honestly, the experience was consistently good – no dramatic mood swings based on how busy they were. The location is what really seals the deal though. You’re walking distance from Narikala Fortress if you’re into that tourist thing, but also close enough to the sulfur baths that you can smell that distinctive eggy aroma on certain days when the wind shifts. Some people hate that smell, but I actually found it oddly charming – very authentically Tbilisi. Plus, you can stumble back from the wine bars in the old town without needing to navigate public transport or expensive taxi rides. The perfect 10 rating might sound too good to be true, but after staying there twice now, I get it. It’s not trying to be fancy or impress anyone – it’s just really, really good at being exactly what it should be.

  Had a very nice week in Tbilisi! The space is really nice and clear, with lots of thoughtful details. It has everything you need but not too many objects either. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower very hot and Ac works perfectly. It's hard to imagine how the host could be more welcoming, and he was also very flexible with check-in and checkout time. The apartment is in a good location, exactly as described: on a quiet street but right next to Rustaveli Avenue, (central avenue of Tbilisi). I have only good things to say and I will be happy to come back! Thank you!

  Clean, tidy, stylish place to stay. Nice and new residential complex. The apartment is quiet and no one interferes, you can't hear the neighbors. Pleasant and courteous hosts. A/C was on when we checked into the apartment. It is easy to look for a Parking place. All the appliances in the apartment work. Very pleasant experience of the apartment, I recommend!

  We had a very enjoyable stay in Tbilisi. The host was very accessible , the apartment perfectly located , very well decorated ! Completely new . Everything was equipped , from coffee, cola, to cubes for dishwasher , toilet paper , pepper salt , ironing board ,… Perfect stay !

  The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, stylish. Even better than the pictures. The bed is very comfortable, fragrant. We found delicious coffee in the apartment. The host was very friendly and always available, the place itself was easy to find. There were no difficulties! So we recommend the apartment.
