The thing about staying in Tbilisi‘s historic district is that you’re constantly torn between exploring and just soaking in the atmosphere from wherever you’re staying. Lost in Tbilisi gets this balance right – the building itself feels like part of the city’s story, with these gorgeous traditional architectural details that aren’t just for show. The rooms have this perfect mix of old-world character and modern comfort that doesn’t feel forced or overdone. What I really appreciated was the attention to sound – you’re in the heart of everything, but the thick walls keep things peaceful when you need to recharge. The staff actually knows the neighborhood inside and out, which made a huge difference. Instead of generic recommendations, they’d send me to specific wine bars tucked into courtyards I never would’ve found otherwise, or mention that the bakery two streets over has the best khachapuri in the morning but runs out by noon.

Here’s what really sets this place apart though – it feels lived-in rather than sterile. The common areas have books people actually read, not just decoration, and there’s this incredible terrace where you can watch the sunset paint the Narikala Fortress golden while sipping Georgian wine. I spent way more evenings up there than I planned, honestly. The location puts you within walking distance of the sulfur baths, the puppet theater, and all those amazing restaurants in the Sololaki neighborhood, but you’re also close enough to the modern part of the city that getting around is effortless. Check-in was refreshingly personal – they remembered I’d mentioned being interested in local art and left me a hand-drawn map marking galleries and studios worth visiting. It’s those small touches that make a 9.8 rating feel earned rather than inflated. If you’re the type who wants to actually experience Tbilisi rather than just pass through it, this is your spot.

  Everything was exceptional!
  Great location. Supermarket 24/7, pharmacy, vegetables and fruit shop. Atm and a bakery all just beside the building.

  The apartment is in mint condition. Modern, spacious, very clean and cozy.

  Totally in love with the place.
  Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is central and it is easy to move to other parts of Tbilisi(metro and bus stop 2 minutes walk away).
  Apartment was clean. Kitchen fully equipped. They also provide us with bathroom amenities. Definitely come back here!

  Отличная-уютная, большая, светлая квартира. Хорошая локация , в двух минутах от метро и общественного транспорта, где за 10-15 минут и ты уже в центре в исторических местах. Все в доступе продуктовые магазины, кафе со свеже сваренным кофе и выпечкой. Ирма хозяйка данной квартиры , очень доброжелательная и чудесный человек. квартиру поддерживают в идеальном состоянии , пропаренное постельное белье, открахмаленные полотенца, учтены все мелочи в квартире.

  A very clean and comfortable apartment, and everything is available in it, including appliances and dishes. The owner of the apartment is generous and provided us with tea, coffee, spices, and cleaning tools, and everything in it is clean and new. The furniture is high-end, and the apartment is not lacking in anything. The people of the apartment are friendly and helpful, and not materialistic. The area is quiet, and underneath it is a restaurant, a bakery, a supermarket, a women’s salon, and a massage shop, and nearby. Including McDonald's, next to it is a pharmacy and an outlet, and sitting on the balcony brings happiness, and every year, God willing, I will reward it.
