  Great location. Supermarket 24/7, pharmacy, vegetables and fruit shop. Atm and a bakery all just beside the building.

  Totally in love with the place.
  Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is central and it is easy to move to other parts of Tbilisi(metro and bus stop 2 minutes walk away).
  Apartment was clean. Kitchen fully equipped. They also provide us with bathroom amenities. Definitely come back here!

  Отличная-уютная, большая, светлая квартира. Хорошая локация , в двух минутах от метро и общественного транспорта, где за 10-15 минут и ты уже в центре в исторических местах. Все в доступе продуктовые магазины, кафе со свеже сваренным кофе и выпечкой. Ирма хозяйка данной квартиры , очень доброжелательная и чудесный человек. квартиру поддерживают в идеальном состоянии , пропаренное постельное белье, открахмаленные полотенца, учтены все мелочи в квартире.

  A very clean and comfortable apartment, and everything is available in it, including appliances and dishes. The owner of the apartment is generous and provided us with tea, coffee, spices, and cleaning tools, and everything in it is clean and new. The furniture is high-end, and the apartment is not lacking in anything. The people of the apartment are friendly and helpful, and not materialistic. The area is quiet, and underneath it is a restaurant, a bakery, a supermarket, a women’s salon, and a massage shop, and nearby. Including McDonald's, next to it is a pharmacy and an outlet, and sitting on the balcony brings happiness, and every year, God willing, I will reward it.
