The room itself is a blend of modern and Georgian charm. The bed was a generous size with crisp white linens that smelled faintly of lavender—like the kind you’d find in a nearby market stall in the early morning. The view from the window? A bit of the city’s hustle and bustle, but you could actually see the silhouette of the Metekhi Church in the distance. I spent a morning scrolling through news on the flat‑screen TV, which was surprisingly quiet, and then hit the tiny balcony to sip coffee from the local café across the street, where the aroma of freshly ground beans mingled with the faint scent of rain on stone. Parking is a bit of a hunt; the building’s underground lot is free for guests, but it’s small, so you’ll want to arrive early if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. Otherwise, the street has a few paid spots, and you can walk uphill to the metro station in under five minutes. The only downside is that the evening traffic can be noisy—honestly, you hear the horns, the chatter, and the occasional lullaby from a neighbor’s balcony.

When I was out exploring Didube, I discovered a few hidden gems that locals swear by. The street that runs parallel to the hotel, the one that’s always a bit quieter, is lined with open‑air shops selling handmade scarves and a tiny bakery that serves the best khachapuri you’ll ever taste. If you’re into art, the nearby art gallery hosts a rotating exhibition of Georgian contemporary pieces, and the walk from the hotel takes you past a small park where kids play while their parents sip tea at a corner café. I also tried a seasonal dish at a local restaurant on Kote Marjanishvili St., and the way they seasoned the lamb was pure comfort. The noise level in the hotel is surprisingly low after 10 pm, which is great if you’re a light sleeper. The only critique I have is that the bathroom tiles are a bit old, but that’s a minor detail compared to the overall vibe.

All in all, Lomi’s Homey is the kind of place that makes you feel at home the moment you step in. The staff feels like friends you’ve known for years, the rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, and the neighborhood is full of little surprises that give you a taste of everyday Tbilisi life. I recommend staying there during the shoulder seasons—late spring or early autumn—when the city is lively but not overly crowded, and the weather is pleasant enough

  Quite close to the center, the hostess welcomed us very warmly, all conditions for a comfortable stay were created. Despite the fact that we arrived late, warm khachapuri were waiting for us, it was very nice ;)))

  I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the living area is impressively large. The whole place has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel. One of my favorite features was the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
  The landlord is incredibly kind and helpful—anything you need, she provides right away. Another bonus is the large 24/7 supermarket located just downstairs, which is very convenient.
  The only minor drawback is that it’s about 6 km from the old town, but that wasn’t a big issue for me. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended!

  The apartments are spacious, 3 separate rooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, there is a table football table and a chill area on the terrace, which is just as huge and spacious. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helped not only with the check-in, but also with acquaintance with the city. She advised wonderful observation rooms, which offer a beautiful view of the city and proven establishments, where delicious cuisine and excellent service are guaranteed. She was in touch literally 24/7. Highly recommended

  Отличная квартира, приветливая хозяйка.Предлагается бесплатный трансфер с аэропорта, чем с удовольствием воспользовались.Мы просто не ожидали, что будет такая габаритная квартира. Для комфортного проживания есть все ( стиральная машина, 2 туалета, удобные кровати, кондиционер, холодильник, посуда, утюг, газ.плита). Мы были с 2х летним ребёнком, можно было приготовить покушать. Рядом магазины, автобусная остановка, обменный пункт, в шаговой доступности (мин.15) рынок. Вобщем только положительные эмоции. РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ❤️

  المكان كبير وحلو وفيه غرف فيها سراير كثير يعني يتسع لأكثر من عشر أشخاص وفيه جميع مستلزمات الطبخ وفيه سوبرماركت مفتوحه 24 ساعه
  
  What could be improved: موقعه بين عماير قديمه وريحة الزبايل وترا مافيه اصنصير يعني تشيل شناطك على الدرج وترا الغرف مافيه تكييف بس بالصاله يعني إذا جيت بالصيف بتكون حر بالنهار مع ان بالليل برد المكان والبعض نام بالصاله عند المكيف
