I stayed at Linda, and trust me, it’s a gem in Tbilisi. The moment you step onto Цискари 20, you’re already in the heart of the old town, where the cobblestones whisper stories of the 17th‑century bazaar. The lobby greets you with a warm, almost family‑friendly vibe—there are a couple of local artists hanging their canvases behind the reception, and the staff chuckles when you ask about the best street food. Check‑in is quick, a short chat with the night manager who’s always ready with a tip about the nearest tea house. No long queues, no robotic voice‑over; just a friendly “you’re in the right place.”

The rooms are spacious, a surprisingly good size for a 4‑star rating. The bed is a cloud‑level comfort that’s worth the €120 nightly price, especially when you consider the panoramic view of the Narikala Fortress at sunset. You can hear the distant hum of the metro, but the walls are thick enough that you’re still hearing the street chatter, not the trains. Breakfast is a mixed bag—there’s that classic Georgian khachapuri, but the croissant selection is a bit thin; the staff offer to drop by a nearby bakery for fresh pastries, which is a thoughtful touch. The minibar is stocked, but you’ll want to bring a refill of your favorite kombucha. The bathroom is a clean, modern oasis, though the shower sometimes runs a tad hot in the winter; a quick adjustment to the thermostat fixes that.

Parking is a little weird: they have a small, well‑guarded lot behind the building, but it’s often full during peak season. Street parking is available, but you’ll need a permit, which the concierge can get for you (no extra fee). The noise levels are pretty reasonable—there’s a lull around 10 pm, but if you’re a light sleeper, the occasional church bell at 7 am could rouse you. The neighborhood is a walking‑distance to the Georgian National Museum and the historic Tbilisi Old Town market, so you can stroll out for lunch and return for a sunset stroll along the Mtkvari River. If you’re looking for something more upscale, the 5‑star hotels on Rustaveli Avenue are a 10‑minute metro ride away, but Linda gives you that authentic, lived‑in feel that I always crave. The staff’s enthusiasm is contagious; they genuinely care about your experience, which is why I’d recommend this place to both solo travelers and couples looking for a cozy, culturally rich stay.

  Спасибо большое за комфортное проживание! Удобное месторасположение, рядом старый город, метро, магазины. В доме есть все необходимое для комфорта, чисто, приятный интерьер, очень доброжелательный хозяин. Было ощущение, что мы дома). Нам понравилось, будем всем советовать останавливаться именно в этом месте!

  Отличный дом. Расположен в центре у метро Авлабари, но не на шумной улочке. Рядом магазины, рестораны. Шикарная веранда. В доме чисто и комфортно. С удовольствием вернемся еще.
