Liberty Landing Overview
I first stepped onto the cobblestone of Mtatsminda in Tbilisi, the friendly hum of the city already washing over me as I made my way up the hill. The hotel’s front desk was a mix of modern glass and that warm, almost “I’ve been here a thousand times” vibe that Tbilisi locals love. The staff greeted me with a smile that felt like an old friend, and the check‑in was surprisingly quick—no long waits, just a friendly nod and a key card that unlocked my room in a matter of seconds. I was pleasantly surprised by the small, thoughtful welcome gift: a packet of locally roasted coffee and a handwritten note recommending the best spots on the 19 პავლეინგოროყვას street. The lobby’s acoustic panels tucked the chatter and the city’s distant traffic into a calm backdrop—ideal for a quick rest before exploring.
When I opened my door, the room itself was a quiet sanctuary amid the bustling neighborhood. The bed was a king‑size thing—plush, with that kind of deep‑soft comfort that makes you want to stay in it all day. The windows overhead offered a panoramic view of Mtatsminda’s terraced gardens, and I could see the ancient churches and the winding streets of the old town in the distance. The bathroom had that crisp, almost clinical vibe, with a rain shower that felt like a mini spa. Honestly, the only thing that rattled me was the subtle hum of the HVAC system—it’s just a little buzz, but it’s almost like a constant reminder that I’m inside the city’s heart. I found myself tuning the blinds a few times to catch the sunset over the river, and the view was nothing short of spectacular, especially at dusk when the city lights started to flicker on.
Outside, the neighborhood was a mosaic of street vendors, small cafés, and the chatter of residents. I took a quick walk down the nearby street—there’s a little bakery called “Svaneti Sweets” that everyone swears is the best in town. The parking situation is actually pretty friendly; there’s a small, secure lot right behind the hotel, and the staff will even take your keys for you if it’s a busy night. If you’re a night owl, just know that the street below can get a bit noisy around midnight, but that’s the city’s charm, right? In the summer, the air is crisp and the lights flicker earlier, while in winter, the city drapes itself in a quiet, almost snowy hush—perfect for those who love a gentle, chilly vibe. All in all, Liberty Landing feels like that cozy, reliable friend you can always count on—no sales pitch, just genuine, homey hospitality with a view that makes you feel like you’re standing on the edge of history.
Best hotels in Tbilisi range from charming boutique properties in the historic Old Town to elegant hillside hotels with stunning views of the Mtkvari River and Narikala Fortress.

One of the best hospitality I have ever experienced.
The place is beautiful and newly renovated. Very stylish space with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had many thoughtful touches (thanks!)Despite being central it's very quiet at night, and the bonus of being beside 2 grocery stores and pharmacies. Easy walking to the main square from where you can start exploring.
Dishwasher, Washing machine, bathroom and kitchen full amenities and a great wifi are big bonus items. Communication was always fast and easy. Thanks for the fantastic stay!Exceptional – Kamil from Poland – March 19, 2025 (10/10)
The place is beautiful – even better than the pictures suggest. Staff were helpful with tips – they helped me find the closest currency exchange and reserved residential parking spot fro me. The space is big, clean, and has lots of cute and thoughtful touches. Would highly recommend!

The building is very modern and is located right next to Rustaveli avenue. Apartment is clean, cozy, central and spacious. We felt safe walking there, even at night time. Also, the host was very helpful with arranging airport transfer and was very quick to respond.

Apartment was clean and modern, right next to the market,so you can have fresh breakfast everyday. It was really close to the city square and bigger grocery store. Host is a great person, gave us tips and also provided suggestions where to have traditional Georgian breakfast. Thanks!
