  The view is incredible and one can really see all of Tblisi's landmarks from the huge balcony, the photos dont do the apartment justice. The bedrooms are spacious. The building is easy to find and check in is a breeze. Has most facilities. The staff were on time and always available to answer. We stayed for 5 nights with 5 people which was perfect. All the attractions were close by in walking distance.

  The location was very nice. The cleaning was average. However, we finished the holiday without any wifi internet at home and there was no hot water for 2 days and then we were able to take a shower. These were serious problems for us.

  В отличие от множества фейковых квартир в Тбилиси на Booking (у них всех идеальные фотографии, восторженные отзывы и несколько разных названий с одними и теми же фото), эта квартира настоящая. После неудачного бронирования фейковой квартиры нам повезло заселиться сюда. Фактически это пентхаус на номенклатурном доме 80х годов, с террасой над серединой Руставели. Вероятно, это одна из топовых террас всего города с т.з. обзора. Все остальное соответствует описанию и фотографиям, они реальные и без фотошопа. Интернет везде ловит. Для гостей из РФ есть удобные способы оплаты (не надо метаться по обменникам).
  
  What could be improved: Так как квартира настоящая, а не фейк, то и у нее есть один недостаток – это один санузел, хотя и с отличной отделкой и мощным двойным душем.
