If you’re a night owl, just be aware that the street lights can flicker on a bit late, and the old building’s windows sometimes let in a little draft when the wind picks up.   The place is very clean and near to all attractions in old Tblisi ..everything is perfect. The location will be better described as near to luca polare gelato store and opposite church and from the windows i could see IBIS hotel. The address should be change to avoid misunderstanding.
  
  Air conditioner fridge stoves and TV in working condition but for those who really into cooking there are limited kitchen utensils.

  Apartment was in the city so we enjoyed walking around even at night its safe. Mama was very kind she assisted us everything. Inside the room there is kettle, washing machine, you can cook as well, heater, fridge, iron and blow dry.

  It is a cute little studio, perfect for budget travelers. You can wash your clothes and prepare some food. The location is perfect and everything is super close.
  If you do not have data/phone calls, think in advance about how you are going to contact upon arrival. The host's parents that we met are really friendly and as helpful as they could.

  Очень хорошее расположение – это старый Тбилиси, красивые места. До метро 10 минут пешком. Отдельная квартира-студия, где есть и санузел, и стиральная машина, и холодильник, и кондиционер, печь и вся необходимая посуда, вайфай. Очень внимательные гостиприимные хозяева. От всей души хочется поблагодарить их. Если доведется приехать еще раз в Тбилиси, с удовольствием вернусь к ним.
