Parking is a bit of a challenge; the nearest street parking spots are usually taken by locals, so I ended up using a paid meter a few blocks down. The noise level in the evenings is mild—there’s a subtle buzz from the city, but the building’s thick walls keep the bedroom relatively quiet, which was a pleasant surprise.

One thing I’ll admit is that the bathroom could use a little modern touch—think a fresher shower head and maybe a splash of color, but it’s still functional and clean. The Wi‑Fi is spotty in the evenings, but that’s pretty much normal in many Tbilisi apartments. I found that the best time to explore the city from this spot is early morning; the streets are calm, and the coffee shop on the corner opens at 7am—perfect for a quiet breakfast before the city wakes up.   The apartment is perfectly located, close to curiosities, a supermarket is 3 minutes walk.
  Two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a big bathroom and well equipped kitchen.
  The only thing is that it is located on the 3rd floor and it’s a bit difficult to get the luggage upstairs (but we’ve already known about that).
  The owner is a very nice woman, always ready to help with everything.
  We enjoyed our stay at this apartment.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom door was difficult to close. A silly thing, but we had only 1 toilet paper roll for 3 person for almost 5 days 🙂

  The location was perfect for a first visit to Tblisi. All the major tourist attractions are within easy walking distance. the apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Good bathroom, kitchen. Be aware that the host requires payment in cash on arrival

  Very good location – everything is in walking distance. The apartment has a modern design. It has everything you might need. We were welcomed by the host and received a lot of information. There was a good tour agency on the corner and a restaurant with good food, Georgian dancers and singers nearby ( Pirosmani Dukani). We enjoyed our time there very much.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is on the third floor with a nerrow staircase.There is no lift, that is standard for old Tbilisi. You might need to find people to help you to lift laggige if you have heavy suitcases.
  Advice: It is better to find your address in Georgian language for taxi drivers, and print the street map. Taxi drivers could be not professional there, and they often do not speak English or Russian.
