  There was loads of space which is hard to find in Tbilisi, the apartment was in a great location with multiple great cafes right outside, and a bike shop. David was very kind and provided everything we needed and more, even helping us to store some bike boxes as we go off on a cycle trip and come back to Tbilisi. Thank you for your kindness David!

  After going through the reviews I booked this property for a week long stay with my family and I am happy to inform that the place and owner are as good as the reviews.
  The place is located on Rustaveli Avenue itself and just opposite the opera. You reach the bus stop as soon as you walk down to Rustaveli Avenue. There are two coffee shops, one Asian restaurant and another good restaurant on the same street as the property. There’s a Spar just behind the building and there are small grocery, vegetables store and short walk up from the street. The funicular is walking distance from the street. Most of the sights can be reached by walking a few minutes. Old Tbilisi is just 15-20 min walk towards the Liberty square. So is the dry bridge market and other such areas.
  The apartment is in ground floor so is a bit less lighted on cloudy days. It is very spacious and comfortable. There’s a partition door between the kitchen area and living area, something useful in keeping away the spice aroma when we were cooking Indian food. The place was well stocked with linen, towels, tissues and other cleaning supplies.
  The owner is very very helpful and cooperative from the very beginning from booking till the end of our tour. Our flight reached late after midnight and Mr David was there waiting at the apartment to receive us and share all necessary information. We had no issues with the payments. He was gracious enough to let us stay a few hours beyond checkout as our flight was way past midnight. I would surely recommend this stay to my family and friends.
  
  What could be improved: Since it was ground floor, sometimes the very loud noises from the street (like a band or something playing)could be heard. Otherwise the soundproofing was very good. And the living room doesn’t get enough light especially on cloudy days. But it’s something not very bothersome.
