The building itself is a neat 4‑star affair, tucked into st. Nugzar Shataidze 9, just a stone’s throw from the ancient Metekhi church and a quick walk from the river’s quiet promenade. Honestly, the moment you step inside, you know you’re in the right spot – the lobby feels like a warm hug, with a subtle blend of Georgian lacquered wood and modern minimalist décor. The staff greet you with that trademark Georgian hospitality – a quick smile, an offer to help with your luggage, and a digital key that slides into your phone like a little secret. The check‑in process was smooth; no long lines, just a friendly conversation over a cup of strong black coffee that was, I must say, the best I’ve had outside a café.

The rooms themselves are a blend of comfort and character. The bed is plush enough to sink into after a long day, and the view from the window? Picture a sunset over the old city’s rooftops, with the distant church bells chiming in the background – a gentle soundtrack to your night. I love the little touches: a handwritten note on the nightstand, a small jar of local honey, and a set of noise‑cancelling headphones that, surprisingly, are actually there. The bathroom is spacious, with a rain shower that feels like a spa session (and the water pressure is decent, which is a relief in a city where some places can be a bit… variable). Parking is a bit of a mixed bag; there’s a small paid lot behind the hotel, but if you’re okay with free street parking – just watch out for the occasional delivery truck – you’ll usually find a spot within a few blocks. The hotel’s proximity to the old bridge means you can hear the river’s murmur at night, but the building’s construction keeps the noise down, so you’re not woken by the city’s nightlife unless you want to.

What really makes Komfort stand out, though, is the everyday little details that only locals would notice. The courtyard, for instance, is a green oasis where I’d sit with a glass of local white wine while watching the street performers in front of the opera house. The scent of fresh bread from the bakery across the street drifts into the lobby every morning – it’s like a reminder that you’re in a living, breathing city, not a hotel chain. I’ve also spotted the tiny art gallery on the second floor, showcasing works by local artists; it’s a hidden gem that most tourists miss. The only critique I’d add is that the breakfast spread, while tasty, can get crowded during the peak summer season, so if you’re a morning person, you might want to order a quick snack instead.   The host is very outgoing and helpful. He was available at all times for all questions and requests. He met us when we arrived and showed us around. Then, when my husband flew in two days later, the host came to meet him as well and let him in, because we were away on a day trip that day.
  The apartment is spacious, the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and the two bedrooms are large and nicely appointed. The outdoor patio is great.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is located in a hard to find spot and is at the top of a lot of stairs. It was fine for us, but is definitely not for someone with physical difficulties.
  There is only one air-conditioning unit in the apartment, and it is in the living room. So if you want to keep the bedroom door closed, you are left with no air-conditioning. Most of my family ended up sleeping on the couches in the living room.

  Home was big with 2 bedrooms and very big kitchen. Very beautiful and comfortable home. It is situated a bit higher and has perfect view to the city. It has large balcony.

  Очень уютная, стильная квартира. Чистое бельё, множество различной посуды, телевизор, приставка (что особенно понравилось детям) за это отдельное спасибо!!!! Шикарный балкон с видом на город))))) квартира просторная, всё удобно расположено, спальных мест хватило на 6 человек, всё спали с комфортом, как дома!!!!

  Дом очень хороший ,большой ,просторно ,две спальни ,были семьёй ,места всем было достаточно. Балкон шикарный ,много диванов ,стол , гамаки,вид прекрасный ,можно пожарить шашлык. Хозяин приветливый ,все рассказал ,всегда был на связи ,поможет по многим вопросам. Кухонных принадлежностей много ,посуды достаточно ,есть посудомоечная машина. Кондиционер хорошо работает , единственное приходилось часто сливать с него воду . Телевизор smart tv можно включить все что захочешь . В общем отдых удался с такой комфортной квартирой . Если приедем в Тбилиси обязательно попробуем снять именно эти апартаменты!) Спасибо большое за гостеприимство!)

  Отличная квартира, разместились вшестером, отмечали там Новый, 2024 год. Было очень комфортно, удобные кровати, большие комнаты, вся бытовая техника, посуда на любой выбор, чай, кофе, специи, вся бытовая химия. Огромная ёлка! Мы с друзьями уже 10, юбилейный год, отмечаем новый год в новом городе, каждый год возим с собой маленькую ёлку, а в этот год не взяли. Как же было здорово увидеть огромную красивую ёлку в квартире! Огромный балкон с мангалом и потрясающим видом, а уж смотреть новогодние салюты оттуда было отдельным зрелищем! В общем, мы очень благодарны гостеприимным хозяевам, очень полюбили Тбилиси и эту чудесную квартиру!

  Центр города. Близкое расположение ко всем достопримечательностям. Супер хозяин Каха, действительно любит то дело, которым занимается. Грузинское гостеприимство это вот прям ОН!!! Вид с террасы на город просто супер!!!
