The apartment itself is a cozy 2‑bedroom unit that feels like home, with exposed wooden beams that give off a subtle, warm scent of pine after a fresh coat of paint. I mean, you could say it’s “rustic chic,” but it’s really just a clean, well‑maintained space that doesn’t feel like a hotel at all.

Check‑in was a breeze—front desk staff are friendly, and they’re open 24/7, which is handy if you arrive late from the airport (Saburtalo is just a quick ride from the new Tbilisi International Airport). The key pickup process is quick, but during the busy summer months, you might notice a slight wait as the front desk is juggling multiple guests. I’ve found that grabbing a quick espresso from the corner café on the street right next to the building (a place called “Kuba Coffee”) before you settle in is a great way to beat the heat and get a feel for the neighborhood. Parking can be a hassle because street parking is limited; there’s a paid underground lot a few blocks away, but the extra few minutes of walking to the entrance is worth it for the peace it offers.

Noise levels are what you’d expect from a city apartment—there’s the occasional honk and the rumble of buses that can be heard through the windows, especially in the evening. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend blocking the windows during the night or using earplugs. On the bright side, the apartment’s windows face a quiet residential lane, so the street noise dies down after midnight. The apartment’s location is great for exploring both the historic Old Town (just a 15‑minute walk if you enjoy a scenic stroll past Sioni Cathedral) and the nearby Baku Bazaar, a hidden gem that’s often overlooked by tourists. If you’re into local food, the market on Shota Rustaveli Avenue is a short ride away and offers fresh produce and street food that’s far better than the standard tourist fare.

When I first arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the little touches—fresh towels that smelled like citrus, a small, well‑stocked fridge with locally produced jam, and a set of basic kitchen utensils. The Wi‑Fi is decent, though I had to reset it twice on the first night because the router was a bit finicky.   Аккуратный интерьер, мебель в хорошем состоянии, все есть для жизни, чисто.

  Очень чисто, красиво и уютно . Хорошая хозяйка , отзывчивая и гостеприимная. Квартира как на фото . Кстати, удобная кровать . Квартира не потертая а в хорошем состоянии. Есть чай, кофе , сахар, шампунь , гель для душа, мыло , средства для уборки . Много посуды . Уже второй раз останавливаюсь здесь . Очень удобное расположение я: близки до достопримечательностей , много супермаркетов рядом, а так же кулинария, макдональдс, Сабвей, и куча ресторанов .

  What could be improved: Квартира слегка уставшая, было бы неплохо немного обновить ее, а также добавить хотя бы один настольный светильник. В целом все отлично, иногда в гости заходит кошка.

  Очень чисто, уютно , рядом с домом аптека и множество кафе и супермаркетов. В квартире был сахар, чай и кофе , шампунь , гель для душа , что очень удобно , особенно по прибытию .
