I recently stayed at K&J Loft in Tbilisi, and I have to say, it’s one of those places that feels like a secret you’ve only found when you’re wandering the city on a lazy afternoon. The building itself is a charming mix of old Soviet brick and modern loft décor, with exposed walls that just whisper stories of the 1950s. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you’re hit with that warm, almost medicinal scent of freshly brewed coffee – the barista there is a local, and she’ll tell you exactly where the best honey is harvested if you ask nicely. The reception desk is small but efficient; check‑in is quick, and the staff remembers your name by the end of the first night – a detail that makes all the difference when you’re coming from a long flight.

The hotel is tucked into 10 Navtlughi Street, block C, so you’re practically in the middle of the city’s cultural pulse. From the lobby, a short walk takes you to the bustling Rustaveli Avenue, where you can hop over to the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre or just sit on a café terrace and watch the traffic – it’s a nice blend of noise and motion that never quite overwhelms. Parking isn’t on the premises, but a municipal lot just a block away is a lifesaver; just be sure to bring a little spare change for the meter. You’ll notice the noise from the street is decent, especially on weekends, but the rooms themselves are surprisingly sound‑proof – you can actually hear the gentle hum of your own breathing at night. The loft rooms come with a small balcony that offers a view of the city’s skyline; the view at sunset is actually breathtaking – the reds of the setting sun reflected off the old buildings, and the distant church spires look like they’re made of glass.

Honestly, the Wi‑Fi is a bit of a let‑down – it’s spotty in the evenings, so if you’re trying to stream something, you might want to bring a portable hotspot. The kitchen area is fairly functional, but the microwave is the only appliance that actually works, so if you’re planning to cook a lot, you’ll need to do a quick trip to the nearby supermarket on Rustaveli. The only real critique I’d have is about the laundry service; it takes a full day to pick up and deliver, which can be a hassle if you’re on a tight schedule. On the bright side, the staff actually offers to walk you to your next destination if you’re too tired to do it

  Very clean, cozy and modern apartment in Archi Isani building. Perfect for both short term and long term stay. Amazing neighborhood with Isani Mall 2 mins walking distance. Fully equipped with very generous amenities and toiletries. Felt like home.

  Everything was good and the apartment was new and very clean. The facilities were at a very satisfactory level.
  Also the communication with the owner was very good, without any problems. Contactless and comfortable check-in.

  The old town center is close, about 15 minutes by bus. The bus stop is right outside the building complex. It is also very convenient that there is a Carrefour supermarket next to the building.
