Kazma Boutique Hotel Overview
You know what really caught me off guard about Kazma Boutique Hotel? The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cared about every single detail. I mean, we’ve all stayed at places that call themselves “boutique” but feel like they just threw some trendy furniture in a regular hotel lobby and called it a day. This isn’t that.
The whole place has maybe 20 rooms tops – I honestly didn’t count, but it felt intimate in the best way possible. You’re not fighting crowds for the elevator or waiting behind ten people to check in. When I arrived (admittedly a bit frazzled from travel), the front desk person remembered my name from our email exchange weeks earlier, which was a nice touch. The lobby itself has these gorgeous locally-sourced textiles and artwork that actually tell a story about the region, not just generic abstract prints you see everywhere. There’s also this subtle scent throughout the common areas – something between cedar and lavender – that I kept noticing but never felt overwhelming.
What really sold me though was how they handle the little things that most places completely miss. The room I stayed in had blackout curtains that actually blocked out light (revolutionary, I know), and the bed was one of those perfect firmness situations where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed. The bathroom had heated floors – which honestly felt a bit excessive until I experienced them on a chilly morning, and then I was completely converted. They stock locally-made toiletries too, not those tiny generic bottles that smell like industrial soap. Oh, and here’s something weird but practical: the WiFi password was actually printed on a little card by the bed instead of being some impossible-to-remember string of numbers taped to the router. Small thing, but it shows they think about the guest experience.
The staff genuinely seems to know the area well, not just the touristy stuff but actual local recommendations. When I asked about dinner options, instead of pointing me toward the obvious places, they suggested this family-run spot about ten minutes away that ended up being absolutely perfect. They also helped me figure out the best times to visit certain attractions to avoid crowds, which saved me hours of frustration. With a 9.7 rating, I was expecting it to be good, but sometimes those numbers can be misleading – in this case, it actually undersells the experience. The place runs smoothly without feeling stuffy or overly formal, and there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels more like a well-curated home than a corporate hotel. If you’re the type of traveler who appreciates thoughtful touches and prefers character over cookie-cutter luxury, this is definitely worth booking.

Reviews of Kazma Boutique Hotel

Our group recently stayed at Kazma Boutique Hotel, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Traveling with a group that includes a person who uses a wheelchair can sometimes present challenges, but this hotel made everything seamless and stress-free.
First and foremost, the accessibility at Kazma Boutique Hotel was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was extremely helpful, offering assistance with our luggage and ensuring a room on ground floor was well-suited for wheelchair access and use.
Our accessible room was a highlight. It was generously sized, with plenty of space to move around comfortably in a wheelchair. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed, making it incredibly convenient. The bed was at a comfortable height, and the overall layout of the room allowed for easy navigation.
The hotel’s restaurant also catered perfectly to our breakfast needs.
We also loved the location of the hotel. It is close to the old city center and local attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel even organized great transport to&from the airport, which we also used driving to Gori.
Overall, Kazma Boutique Hotel provided an inclusive, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone in our group. It’s clear they prioritize accessibility and guest comfort in every way. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a diverse group, including those who may have specific mobility needs. Wifi worked great.
We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!Sophie from Russia (10/10)
