  I recently spent a night at this lovely accommodation and had a wonderful time! The room was spotless and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The place was very cozy. Despite being located right in the heart of the city I was able to work in quietness, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

  Very nice modern apartment, well equipped and organized. Heating was already turned on when we arrived, Despite that the building was in the center of the city, it was very cozy and comfortable, 10 min walking to the old City which is Major tourist sightseeing spot. Fashion brandy shops close by as well as food markets. We have really enjoyed our time in this apartment, on top of appreciating the beautiful Tbilisi. With a little extra we could get a late check out and it helped a lot.We surely recommend the stay here.

  The place is great, has all you need, freshly renovated and clean, on walking distance from the places of interest, shops and malls. I communicated with host for couple of times and he was so helpful, I am grateful for his assistance! I highly recommend this place!

The owner is very warm and welcoming and kept us up to date and was very kind enough to let us leave our luggage there for the day whilst we explored Tbilisi which was very appreciated. Just perfect!   Отличная квартира в отличном месте, которое было чистым и ухоженным. Она хорошо оборудована всем необходимым, таким как микроволновая духовка, посудомоечная машина и так далее. Здание было окружено супермаркетами, аптеками. ресторани и торговые центри также находились недалеко. Обязательно посещу это место еще раз, когда буду в Тбилиси. Спасибо!!!

  Тишина и отличный интернет были главными ожиданиями и они оправдались. Помимо этого, в квартире было всё необходимое для жизни: техника, бытовая химия.
  Кондиционеры в двух комнатах из трёх – для летнего Тбилиси просто маст хэв.
