I wasn’t expecting much from Isani Loft when I first booked it – honestly, the name made me think it might be one of those sterile, wannabe-trendy places that look better in photos than reality. But walking into this place completely changed my perspective on staying in Tbilisi. The moment you step inside, there’s this incredible sense of space that hits you – we’re talking genuine loft vibes with soaring ceilings and these massive windows that flood everything with natural light.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between industrial chic and actual comfort. The exposed brick walls and concrete floors could feel cold in the wrong hands, but they’ve softened everything with these carefully chosen textiles and warm lighting that makes the whole space feel lived-in rather than designed to death. I mean, you can tell someone who actually understands interior design had a hand in this – not just someone following a Pinterest board. The bathroom deserves its own mention too; that rainfall shower head is massive and the water pressure is honestly better than what I have at home. Small detail, but when you’re dealing with Tbilisi’s summer heat, a proper shower becomes pretty crucial.

The neighborhood itself is actually perfect if you want to experience the city like someone who lives there rather than just passing through. You’re not stuck in the touristy old town bubble (though that’s easy enough to reach), but you’re right where real Tbilisi life happens. There’s this fantastic little bakery about two blocks away where locals line up for khachapuri every morning – I found myself joining that line more often than I care to admit. The metro station is close enough that getting around the city is simple, but far enough that you don’t hear the rumble of trains. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which anyone who’s tried to navigate Tbilisi by car will appreciate. The staff here actually know their neighborhood – they pointed me toward this incredible wine bar I never would have found otherwise, tucked away in a basement that doesn’t even have a proper sign. That 9.6 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s not just about the beautiful space (though that helps), it’s about all these little touches that show someone’s really thinking about what makes a stay memorable rather than just acceptable.

  Решил написать отзыв по свежим впечатлениям. Прожили в апартаментах неделю с 10 по 17 сентября 2024г. Квартира новая и аккуратная, сделан хороший ремонт, есть огромная лоджия.
  В квартире предусмотрено все необходимое для комфортного проживания: посуда, утюг, чайник, чай, кофе и др.
  Расположение великолепное: хороший район, до метро 7-8 минут пешком, также в шаговой доступности огромный супермаркет.
  Все очень понравилось! Рекомендую данные апартаменты!

  Квартира красивая и чистая! Есть все необходимое для отдыха. Метро Исани находится в пределах 7 минут ходьбы.
  С хозяином всегда были на связи. Нас было четверо и мы остались очень довольны.

  Фотографии все соответствуют (конечно накрытый стол на фото, это для наглядности, в реале этого не ожидайте). Квартира была чистая, уютная, красивая! Балкон просто шикарный, качелька супер! Матрас на кровати удобный, диван тоже. Кровать очень большая. Санузел хороший, чистый, душевая кабинка хорошая. Кухонная зона продуманная, плита 4х-комфорочная, газовая, что мне очень понравилось. Порадовало то, что в кв были: чай, кофе (молотый зерновой), соль, черный перец, подсолнечное масло, мыло, жидкость для мытья посуды, порошок и гель для душа. Ещё было сюрпризом увидеть там гейзерную кофеварку, варили вкусный кофе 🥰 хозяева Юлия и Константин были всегда на связи, отвечали на все вопросы. В квартире много вешалок-плечиков. Холодильник большой. Мы отдыхали семьей – я, муж и двое детей. Были кое-какие нюансы, но хозяева их решили. В общем однозначно рекомендую для проживания 😊 спасибо Константин и Юлия!

  Очень красивая и удобная квартира. Все было очень чисто. Кровать мягкая. Дизайн квартиры даже лучше чем на фотах. Балкон шикарный. Рядом макеты, Макдональдс, КФС, пиццерия. Очень удобно заказать. Нам так понравилось что мы не хотели возвращаться. Спасибо Юля за всё 👍
