This four-star property sits right in Old Tbilisi’s heart, and I mean literally — you’re steps away from the sulfur baths district and those winding cobblestone streets that make this city so captivating. The entrance might be modest, but there’s something refreshingly authentic about staying in what feels like a real Georgian home rather than some sterile hotel chain.

Location & Neighborhood

I’ve stayed in quite a few places around Tbilisi, and this spot on Kote Abkhazi really delivers. You’re basically in the epicenter of everything worth seeing — the famous Abanotubani sulfur baths are practically around the corner, and you can walk to Narikala Fortress without breaking a sweat. What I love is how you’re tucked into an actual residential street, so you get that local vibe while still being tourist-central. The couples who stay here seem to get it — they’ve rated the location 9.5, and honestly, I can see why. There’s something romantic about wandering back through those narrow streets after dinner in the old town.

The Studio Experience

Inna`s Studio feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than a typical hotel room.   Удобное расположение. Место в старом центе рядом с площадью Свободы. В квартире есть все, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Квартира симпатичная, чистая, с ремонтом. Доброжелательные хозяева.

  Firstly the host is magnanimous, gracious and very helpful for the guests. He can go extra mile to help you with anything you need. The location is actually at the heart of the city centre – 1 min walk from freedom square and virtually every other area is nearby. The locality boasts one of the top cafes and eateries around and is the area one should stay at. The apartment is beautifully done and is very neat and tidily kept. It is very cosy and houses almost everything one requires for stay at affordable rentals. Highly recommended.
  
  What could be improved: You have to wade through a massage parkour on the same floor. The owner of the parkour seemingly is a cat lover with lots of cats roaming around.

  The apt is in an old building but its completaly renovated inside👍 Very clean apt. with loft👍Bathroom and kitchen is new👍 Location is great👍Even its November, the heather is hot 24hrs👍Beautiful host Julia meets you in the apt to give you the keys. Inna is her little daughter. Her husband Refael speaks good English. Its easy to get in touch with him in any time needed by phone and whatsapp. Julia arranged taxi transfers for me. The same gentle driver did my transfers on my arrival and departure days👍
