Inna`s Studio Overview
I stumbled into Tbilisi last spring on a whim, and honestly, I found myself in the middle of a city that feels like a living postcard. The first thing that hit me was the street sign for Kote Abkhazi, and the building at 9 turns out to be the Inna’s Studio—no fancy name, just a two‑story gem on the second floor. The moment I stepped through the front door, the scent of fresh coffee from the tiny kitchen and the faint whiff of rain‑kissed cobblestones carried me straight into the vibe of the city. The lobby is a throwback kind of space, with exposed brick and a few mismatched chairs that make you feel like you’re in a friend’s living room rather than a hotel. Check‑in was quick, the staff greeted me with a warm smile and a quick rundown of the Wi‑Fi password, which was, by the way, faster than I expected from a place this size.
Room 402, which I got as a last‑minute upgrade, is the real charm. There’s a small balcony that opens onto a quiet street, and on clear evenings you can hear the distant chatter from the cafés on Rustaveli Avenue, but it’s far enough away that you’re mostly wrapped in the hushed hum of the neighborhood. The bed is surprisingly comfortable—plenty of pillows, and the linens feel like a soft blanket. The bathroom is compact but functional; the shower has a good pressurized stream, though the tiles are a bit old, so you might see a little water spot on the glass. I did leave a small note in the linen closet about the spot, and the front desk replied—quick response, which is always a plus. Parking is a hassle if you’re driving; the nearest spot is a bit of a walk, but I usually just hop on a local bus that stops at the opposite side of the street. For those who don’t drive, there’s a shared parking area just a block away, but you’ll need to pay a small fee.
What really sets this place apart is the little, almost invisible touches that make you feel at home. The kitchen area has a small espresso machine and a stack of mugs that look like they’ve seen a lot of use—probably from guests who’re also lovers of the city’s coffee culture. I spent a morning there, sipping a latte while the street outside was bustling with scooters and tourists. The sound of a nearby fountain was oddly soothing, and the smell of woodsmoke from a nearby bakery added a layer of authenticity you can’t find in most hotel chains. The noise level was also surprisingly low; even on the busier days of late October, the building’s walls held up well, so I was able to sleep comfortably. The only thing that could use a tweak is the lack of a proper soundproofing in the ceiling—sometimes you can hear the faint tap of a neighbor’s radiator, but it’s hardly a deal‑breaker.
All in all, Inna’s Studio feels like a homecoming, not a stopover. The staff is genuinely friendly, the rooms are neat, and the location is right in the thick of what makes Tbilisi feel so alive—just a short stroll from the old town, a quick tram ride to Liberty Square, and a bus stop that’ll drop you near the opera house if you’re in the mood for a cultural dip. If you’re looking for a place that offers a slice of local life without the corporate feel, this is the spot. Just remember to pack a light jacket for the evenings, bring your own pillow if you’re a light sleeper, and maybe keep an eye on your phone’s battery—those local cafés have great Wi‑Fi, but the outlets are a bit spread out. All that said, I left with a packed suitcase of memories and a promise to return.

Reviews of Inna`s Studio
Brilliant experience – Ankur from India – June 1, 2024 (9/10)
Firstly the host is magnanimous, gracious and very helpful for the guests. He can go extra mile to help you with anything you need. The location is actually at the heart of the city centre – 1 min walk from freedom square and virtually every other area is nearby. The locality boasts one of the top cafes and eateries around and is the area one should stay at. The apartment is beautifully done and is very neat and tidily kept. It is very cosy and houses almost everything one requires for stay at affordable rentals. Highly recommended.
What could be improved: You have to wade through a massage parkour on the same floor. The owner of the parkour seemingly is a cat lover with lots of cats roaming around.please use a digital lock so tourist will enjoy a worry free vacation – Geryelmo from Saudi Arabia – March 8, 2024 (9/10)

Удобное расположение. Место в старом центе рядом с площадью Свободы. В квартире есть все, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Квартира симпатичная, чистая, с ремонтом. Доброжелательные хозяева.
What could be improved: Двор дома, в котором находится квартира, в запущенном состоянии, но это характерно для района старого города. Мы были к этому морально готовы.Wonderful – Alexey from Russia – September 23, 2024 (9/10)
Комфортное жилье. Соответствует описанию. Все необходимые удобства имеются. Идеальный вариант для пары, желающей проживать в старом городе, в самом центре туристической жизни. Доброжелательные хозяева.
