  Великолепно всё!
  Отличное место для отдыха с семьёй. Очень радужные и гостеприимные хозяева. Вкусные завтраки. Отдельный комфортабельный домик, где есть всё необходимое для проживания и отдыха. Есть бассейн, терраса и уютный дворик. Место – куда хочется вернуться ещё.

  Место просто великолепное. 10 минут пешком от метро Делиси, до центра на метро минут 15-20. Великолепная отдельная зона для проживания гостей, получается, как будто у тебя свой собственный дом и участок прямо в городе. Территория очень зеленая с комфортной мебелью на улице. В самом доме 2 зоны, кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Замечу, что бассейн выглядит на фото меньше, чем на самом деле, с комфортом купались вдвоем. На мой взгляд его наличие очень важно летом, это действительно так. Прекрасные завтраки с обязательным наличием фруктов. Огромное спасибо владельцам за гостеприимство, успехов и процветания

  It was such a pleasure to stay at house 41 (aka Rose Hotel on Google Maps). The place is wonderful, location is perfect- in a lovely leafy neighbourhood with easily access to the city centre and old town. The pool is divine on hot days. Tamara and her family are lovely hosts that are very accommodating. Great for small families. Totally recommend this place 😁

  Всё идеально! Очень радушные хозяева!!! Хозяйка дождалась ночью нас с Кутаиси, когда автобус задержался. На территории мы были одни, хозяева живут напротив. В нашем распоряжении был сад, бассейн и оооочень много красивых и удобных мест для отдыха в саду. В номере есть все, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Посуда, бытовая техника, гигиенические принадлежности, чай, кофе. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные. Завтраки очень вкусные и сытные.

  Отдельностоящий дом со всем необходимым. Гостеприимная хозяйка, всегда на связи и готова помочь.
  
  What could be improved: Полы грязные. Пришлось мыть самим, чтобы можно в носках ходить. Тапок одноразовых нет.
  Отсутствует вентиляция в санузле, из-за этого там влажно, после душа по стенам течет конденсат, все мокрое. Протекает сантехника. Подкладывали тряпку рядом с унитазом.
  Губки и тряпки в кухне были не новые, а использованные.
  За завтраком обнаружили, что тарелка грязная с обратной стороны, с остатками засохшей еды.
