Parking is free, but the lot is a bit of a maze; I got lost for a few minutes with my keys in hand, but it’s right outside the hotel, so it’s not a big deal if you’re just dropping off a car.

The location is a win, honestly. You’re just a 10‑minute stroll to Freedom Square, and from there it’s a quick walk up to the Old Town, where the cobblestones feel ancient under your boots. During spring, the street cafés pour out all the fresh peach and apricot juices—an absolute must-try. In summer, it can get hot, but the hotel’s balcony gave me a little shade to sip iced tea and watch the city’s skyline. The staff know the area well; they recommended a hidden gem, a tiny bakery on Shevardnadze Street that serves the best chocolate pastries. If you’re looking to explore, I’d suggest heading out to Mtatsminda Park for sunset; the view of the TV tower is spectacular. One small critique: the minibar is a bit pricey for the items offered, but it’s a minor annoyance in an otherwise solid stay. All in all, Hotel Voyager feels like a local’s favorite spot turned into a comfortable base for travelers—a sweet spot between modern convenience and traditional charm.
