Here’s the thing about staying in Tbilisi — location really makes or breaks your experience, and this four-star hotel absolutely nails it. You’re in the Isani district, which gives you that perfect balance of being close to everything without dealing with the tourist crowds every time you step outside. I mean, you can walk to the old town pretty easily, but you’re also near some fantastic local spots that most visitors never discover. The couples who stay here seem to really get it — there’s something romantic about wandering these quieter streets in the evening, then having a proper base to come back to.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was exactly what you want after a long day of exploring — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Nothing felt cheap or rushed, which you sometimes get with hotels in this price range. The bed was actually comfortable (you know how hit-or-miss hotel beds can be), and the bathroom had good water pressure — small things that matter when you’re traveling. What I really liked was how they managed to make the space feel bigger than it probably was, with smart lighting and mirrors placed just right.

Dining & Amenities

The restaurant downstairs serves solid Georgian food, though honestly, with Tbilisi’s incredible food scene right outside your door, you’ll probably want to explore a bit. That said, their breakfast is worth staying in for — fresh, local ingredients and they actually know how to make proper coffee. The hotel also has this nice little lounge area where you can grab a drink and plan your next day, which became my routine pretty quickly. Parking is available too, which is a real blessing if you’re driving in this city.

What really sets this place apart is how it feels like a proper local experience rather than some generic hotel stay. The staff knows the neighborhood — they’ll point you toward that little wine bar around the corner or tell you which marshrutka to take to get somewhere specific.   Just wrapped up an amazing stay at Tuta Hotel! The location is superb, the staff were the true highlight of my visit. Not only were they professional and attentive, but their friendliness and warmth made me feel truly welcome. It's the kind of hospitality that goes above and beyond, turning a stay into a memorable experience., and the rooms are impressively clean. Highly recommend this gem for a wonderful experience!

  The hotel is situated at a very convient location. The staffs quite friendly. Ms. Iya and Ms. Noor helped us a lot during our stay and made it more comfortable for us to stay and move around.

  The staff is great (A big shout out out to Eaa). Location is very close to Europe square which is where you will find cable car, boating, variety of food options and its a happening place.. hotel is very new from inside out.. breakfast was limited and we did not have it because of not being sure of Halal.. no one exactly knows Halal definition, so better to avoid.. rest all well
