Hotel Passport Tbilisi Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Hotel Passport Tbilisi on Elene Akhvelediani Rise, you immediately get the sense that someone put real thought into this place. It’s not trying too hard to impress — just a solid four-star property that feels both modern and welcoming. The entrance has this clean, contemporary vibe that hints at what’s waiting inside, and honestly, the staff greeting feels genuinely warm rather than rehearsed.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s what I love about the location — you’re in what locals consider the best part of Tbilisi, but it doesn’t feel touristy or overwhelming. The rise gives you some elevation, which means better views and a bit of distance from street noise. You can walk to the main attractions without feeling like you’re staying in the middle of a theme park. Couples seem to really get this balance — they consistently rate the location around 9.1, and I can see why. There’s something romantic about being slightly removed but still connected to the city’s energy.
The Room Experience
The room design strikes that sweet spot between functional and stylish. Nothing feels overdone, but everything works exactly as it should. The beds are properly comfortable — not just hotel-comfortable — and the bathrooms have good water pressure, which honestly matters more than most people admit. What impressed me was the attention to small details: decent lighting for actually reading, enough outlets where you need them, and storage that makes sense for how people actually travel. These thoughtful touches elevate the entire stay experience significantly.
Breakfast and Practical Perks
The breakfast setup gives you options without being overwhelming — both continental and buffet styles, so whether you’re a grab-and-go person or someone who likes to linger over coffee, you’re covered. But here’s a practical win that’ll save you money and hassle: free parking right at the hotel. If you’re driving in Georgia, you’ll appreciate not having to hunt for spots or pay extra fees. It’s one of those things that seems small until you need it, then it becomes huge. The restaurant also offers quality dining throughout the day with excellent service.
Why Guests Love It
With a 9.0 rating, Hotel Passport Tbilisi has figured out something important — consistency without being boring. It’s the kind of place where everything just works smoothly, from check-in to checkout, without any of those little frustrations that can derail a trip. The location score of 9.0 isn’t just about being central; it’s about being in a spot that feels authentically Tbilisi while still being accessible to visitors. You’re staying somewhere that locals would actually choose, which always feels like the real test of a hotel’s location. This property delivers on both comfort and genuine hospitality consistently.
Hotel in Tbilisi booking should be done early, especially during harvest season when the city hosts internationally celebrated wine festivals and cultural events.

It's a good hotel with a comfortable room, we had a good view from the balcony. It's near the city center. We had all of we need. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty and had many different types of food. We spent there only two days, and can recommend it.

The hotel is located in very convenient spot in the city. Lift is available. The room was very clean and was as shown in the images while booking. Room had kettle , TV, small refrigerator. Excellent city view from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious , good mix of continental and local delicacies. This was the best breakfast we had in Georgia in our holiday. The junior suite was a nice size with a very comfortable bed although the quilt only just covered it!
There was a good size bathroom with an excellent shower and everything was spotlessly clean.
