The windows face either the avenue or the quieter courtyard side, and if you’re a light sleeper, I’d definitely ask for the courtyard view. The bathroom was modern and functional, with decent water pressure (always important after walking around Tbilisi’s hills all day). Air conditioning works well, which you’ll appreciate during summer months when the city gets pretty warm.
