Fresh local pastries, decent coffee that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around for hours, and they actually change things up throughout the week. I found myself looking forward to it, which rarely happens at hotels. The 8.8 rating this place has earned feels spot-on – it’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it delivers on everything it promises and then some. You can tell the management actually cares about the guest experience rather than just going through the motions. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a well-run boutique hotel than a corporate chain, this is definitely worth considering. The value for what you get is honestly pretty impressive, especially considering how hard it is to find places these days that pay attention to both comfort and character.

  The hotel is comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff is helpful, especially Kristina, who was like a guardian angel and helped me with a bunch of things, above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but since cabs in Georgia are super cheap, that’s not really a problem.
