What really won me over, though, was how the hotel fits into its surroundings rather than dominating them. The common areas have this warm, lived-in feeling – leather chairs that are actually broken in, not just designed to look distressed, and artwork that feels curated rather than bulk-ordered from some hotel supply catalog. I spent a surprising amount of time in their little courtyard area with my morning coffee, just watching the neighborhood wake up. The whole place operates at a relaxed pace that somehow doesn’t translate to slow service – it’s more like they’ve figured out that rushing around doesn’t actually make anything better. Even during what seemed like a busy weekend, I never felt like I was being herded through some hospitality assembly line. Sure, it’s not going to blow your mind with cutting-edge design or celebrity chef restaurants, but sometimes you just want a place that does the fundamentals really well without making a big show of it.   Great location, very big room for the whole family to be together. The staff was very kind and welcoming and the room was clean.

  The hotel is located in the heart of the city and all the picnic spots (Peacebridge, Cable Car RideFunicular etc) are within walkable distance. Walking around in this place is mindboggling, The staffs are very courteous and caring. Mr. Alexl did a wonderful job in arranging a taxi in the morning to go to Bakuriani and came all the way up to the taxi stop with my suitcase. Keep it up Mr Alex and on the day of my arrival the person at the reception (forgot his name) also was very helpful and he promptly informed Mr Alex to arrange the taxi in the next day morning. The property has everything and the only drawback is it does not have elevator and no indian TV channel.

  Staff is very friendly. And what is more important staff has quick response. Hotel building is in very nice place, close to all possible POI in Tbilisi. Rooms are cosy and with great amount of sunshine
