You’re in a more residential part of the city, but it’s the kind of residential that feels authentically Georgian — not sanitized for visitors. Couples seem to really get this location (they rate it 8.5, which makes total sense), probably because you can have those quiet morning walks without dodging tour groups. The Old Town is easily reachable, but you get to retreat to something that feels more like a neighborhood at the end of the day.

My room had that perfect balance of comfort and character that’s hard to find. The design feels contemporary but not cold — there’s still warmth in the details that reminds you you’re in Georgia, not some generic international chain. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything was; you’d never guess you’re in a capital city. The amenities work exactly as they should, and honestly, sometimes that’s all you need after a long day of exploring Tbilisi’s winding streets and steep climbs.

The swimming pool was a genuine surprise — not huge, but perfect for unwinding after walking around the city all day. I mean, Tbilisi can get pretty warm, and having that option to cool off without leaving the hotel grounds is brilliant. The free private parking on site is something you don’t realize you need until you’re trying to navigate Georgian traffic with a rental car. Trust me, having a guaranteed spot takes away a lot of stress, especially if you’re planning day trips outside the city.

  Both pools are great, the rooftop pool costs extra and is bit expensive on Weekends. The other smaller pool is free. The garden is beautiful and in the shade. The rooms have dated deco and tech but they are huge.

  Our stay at this hotel was great. We were 4 adults sharing the Superior Family Suite, which exceeded our expectations: 2 separate spacious rooms with separate bathrooms, comfy matresses and pillows, wonderful view from big terrace on the 8th floor and (bonus) entrance to the big pool right in front of our room. The suite has a small fridge and a kettle, with small water bottles and towels renewed every day. The rooms were cleaned daily, no odour in the bathrooms. Couple of times there was no water in the tap/shower due to overuse by lower floors, but it got resolved by itself within 15 mins or so not causing us any issues. The air conditioners work perfectly well, which we highly appreciated due to extreme heat outside.
  There are 2 pools on the property, the smaller one down and the bigger one with non-stop music on the roof top. The smaller one had some shade due to the surrounding trees, whereas at the big pool the shade was practically non-existent. The entire week of our stay the temperature was above 33-35C without any rain or clouds, so staying on top of the roof after 10am was not so fun, even in the fresh pool water. The access to the smaller pool was free at all times, but the rooftop pool was not free of charge – unless you booked the property through Booking.com (which we did, and thus got a free access).
  The breakfast was sufficient: variety of sausages, fried and fresh vegies, fried and boiled eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, bread, drinks, fresh fruit. Having the full variety each day was a bit challenging, as there were days when the property accommodated big groups of tourists short-term, who usually had breakfast before 9am.
