With a 9.4 rating, I figured there had to be something special going on, and after spending a few nights there, I totally get why guests keep raving about it.

The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here. It’s not flashy or trying too hard – just genuinely thoughtful design that makes you feel welcome rather than intimidated. The staff has this refreshing approach where they actually remember your name after the first interaction, which sounds small but honestly makes such a difference when you’re traveling. I was impressed by how smoothly check-in went, even during what seemed like a busy period, and they had these little touches like offering local recommendations that weren’t just the typical tourist traps everyone suggests.

The rooms themselves strike that perfect balance between comfort and style without feeling sterile. The beds are seriously comfortable – like, sink-in-and-forget-your-worries comfortable – and the bathrooms have those little luxury touches that make you feel pampered without being over the top. What I really appreciated was the attention to practical stuff too: plenty of outlets in useful places, blackout curtains that actually work, and surprisingly good soundproofing. I’m usually pretty sensitive to hotel noise, but I slept better here than I have in places twice the price. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work too – everything was spotless without that harsh chemical smell you sometimes get in overly sanitized hotels. After staying at Hotel Babi, I keep finding myself recommending it to friends because it’s one of those places that just gets hospitality right, focusing on making guests genuinely comfortable rather than just impressing them with flashy amenities they’ll never use.

  Hotel is very clean and city wiew was perfect. Hotel has a big terrace and nice tbilisi wiew. Price is very good. Service is very good. The hotel owner Smiley Lady was very kind. İt is very close to the isani metro station. Bus stop is like a door step. Thanks Hotel Babi. Near the isani mall. Very good place to shopping, markets and everything.

  В номере все абсолютно новое, удобная кровать, хорошее и чистое постельное белье и полотенца, в душевой есть горячая и холодная вода с хорошим напором.
  Есть общая кухня и терраса с видом на Тбилиси.

  Огромная открытая терраса с видом на город (22 этаж), вид просто потрясающий. Есть парковка, в распоряжении кухня и гостиная. Отличный вариант для группы друзей 6-8 чел. На такси до центра 10 мин.

  Потрясающая просторная гостиная, 22 этаж подкупает, вид на горы и город, просыпаться здесь по утрам было вдохновляюще. Все как на фото. Чисто, красиво. Заботливые и добрые хозяева, чувствуешь себя любимым гостем. Рекомендую!
