Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Hotel Address 9D, I wasn’t expecting much. It sounds pretty generic, right? But sometimes those unassuming places end up being the biggest surprises, and this one absolutely knocked my socks off. With a 9.5 rating, I figured there had to be something special going on, and after staying there myself, I can tell you that rating isn’t just inflated review padding.

What really got me was how the staff seemed to anticipate exactly what you’d need before you even knew you needed it. I mean, the check-in process was smoother than anything I’ve experienced at those big chain hotels that charge twice as much. The front desk person – I think her name was Maria – actually remembered my coffee preference from day two onward, which honestly made my mornings so much better. And you know what? The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re designed so cleverly that you don’t feel cramped at all. The bathroom setup is particularly smart – whoever planned the layout actually understood that people need counter space for their stuff. The bed was one of those perfect firmness levels where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re sleeping on a marshmallow, and the pillows (there were four different types to choose from) meant I actually slept through the night for once.

The neighborhood itself has this great authentic feel – not touristy, but not completely off the beaten path either. There’s this little café about two blocks down that serves the most incredible pastries in the morning, and the hotel staff will definitely point you toward places like that if you ask. Parking was way easier than I expected, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate a city with a rental car, you know that’s basically a miracle. The only minor thing I’d mention is that if you’re a super light sleeper, request a room away from the elevator – it’s not terrible, but there’s a slight hum that might bother some people. Honestly though, that’s nitpicking. What really sets this place apart is how it feels like staying somewhere that actually cares about the experience rather than just processing guests. I’ve already booked my next trip back, and I’m actually looking forward to seeing if they remember how I like my coffee.

  Spacious room and bathroom. Clean linen and towels, polite staff. Good hairdryer in the room. The hotel is in a quiet place. The hotel made concessions to me in canceling the second room, I am grateful for that.

  I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. My room was spotless and very comfortable. While the hotel is situated in a residential area, it's something to consider if you prefer a more central location.

  Overall amazing stay. Nice facilities and friendly staff. Room is very clean. The top floor was amazing as the bathtub was wide and the views were stunning.
  
  Be sure to double check this location with where you want to visit though as the drive the the hotel is on uphill terrain with narrow roads.

  For a boutique hotel, the property was very decent and elegant. The room size is big and has a lot of space to move around. Staff are very nice, especially the cook who is very helpful and accomodating. I was not able to get the name of the very nice lady in the reception, very warm and friendly, she seemed to be the owner. The guys, Iqarli and all are also friendly. Breakfast was simple and limited, but is tasty. We got a balcony which has an amazing view of the city. Their pillows and bed are also very comfortable!
  
  The hotel is within a local and peaceful community (most boutique hotel are), compared to the oldtown area, their surrounding is quiet and peaceful so we had a very good rest and sleep. We were supposed to try another hotel around Old Town when we came back to Tblisi after a Gudauri stay, but their room was very small and the place is very busy so we came back here another night. And it was indeed a very good decision!
