The building is a narrow, two‑story Georgian structure that you’ll see from the street, but once inside, there’s this cozy courtyard with a few potted ferns and a stone mosaic that’s surprisingly well‑maintained. The check‑in process was quick – the front desk staff greeted me with a warm “Bamarjoba!” (hello), and they had the keys ready before I could even finish my coffee. The rooms are spacious for a 4‑star rating, and the floor plan gives you a sense of the old town’s narrow alleys. I found the noise level surprisingly low, even though Tarieli Street is a bit busy during the day; the walls are thick enough that you can almost hear the faint clatter of a bus outside but not the full roar. For travelers who love a good night’s sleep, the beds are surprisingly comfortable for the price, and the linens feel a bit thicker than the standard hotel sheets you might find elsewhere.

  It is a lovely property, the room had an amazing view of the city, it was very comfortable, spacious, clean and functional.

  Design of apartment was awesome with brilliant view for city. Bath in flat was also really nice. We could enjoy take a bath seeing views from panoramic window.
  
  What could be improved: It was quite far and narrow streets. Looked creepy but it was fine. You can park car about 300 m further and have to go by walk uphill.

  Perfect views! I liked to see every evening and simply looks into the window – amazing! +10 for the mood! Nice idea with the bath: my wife tried it and it was perfect. Strongly can recommend to stay for a vacatin to take a rest! Also there was a good equipment – everything you need is in the room.
  
  What could be improved: A bit old bathroom (where shower is locatedd), but in good condition. Location is a bit futher then I expected when booked it, but it's because city itself is not typical and it was a bit difficult to understand where is the better plcafor stay. But not critical, just 10 minutes walking more every day – not a problem 🙂

  Stayed in hotel bit too long and was looking for more an apartment stay for 2 night. This apartment was exactly what I needed – equipped kitchen for a sample meal, comfy bed, spacious bathroom. The flat is located on the hill that means you need a little bit of hike to get there or an easy can ride could do (or take the e-scooter). That also means you get a gorgeous view from the terrace and bathroom windows
  
  The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nana has been more than helpful and accommodating. She showed me their wine cellar and let me sample some of their products! Definitely would recommend traveller to this place to stay and for sure I’ll come back when I’m over next time.
