I found myself wandering to Rustaveli Avenue in about ten minutes, and the sulfur baths district — well, that’s practically next door. The fact that couples rate this place so highly makes total sense when you realize how romantic those evening strolls become.

The Space Itself

Here’s where HOME/tbilisi really shines — the room feels like you’re staying at a friend’s place, if your friend happened to have excellent taste. The flat is on the sixth floor (there’s an elevator, thank goodness), and the windows give you these great glimpses of the city below. The kitchen is actually functional, not just for show, which I appreciated since Georgian wine from the local shops tastes even better when you can properly chill it. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged rather than hotel-generic, and honestly, that makes all the difference when you’re trying to settle in somewhere new.

  Stunning apartment in a modern building, located on a quiet and cozy street, in the very center of Tbilisi, literally a three-minute walk from Independence Square. The apartment we rented was quite spacious, with two bedrooms, a living room combined with a small kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a large balcony. It is modernly renovated and well equipped, with very comfortable beds, central air conditioning, a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the city and the hill. The host, Giorgi, is very welcoming, helpful and kind. We definitely recommend it.
