What I loved is that you can walk to most of the Old Town’s highlights — the Sioni Cathedral, the Bridge of Peace, even the cable car to Mtatsminda Park. The narrow cobblestone streets around the hotel are filled with traditional Georgian houses and small wine bars that locals actually frequent, not just tourist traps. The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for Old Town standards, and those beds — well, they weren’t kidding about the comfort level. I actually slept better here than I had in weeks of traveling. The decor strikes a nice balance between traditional Georgian elements and modern amenities without going overboard on either side. The windows opened onto a quiet courtyard, which was a blessing since Old Town can get pretty lively at night (in the best way possible). Each detail was thoughtfully designed for guest comfort.

The hotel’s restaurant serves solid Georgian cuisine — nothing too fancy, but the khachapuri was spot-on and they know how to pour a proper glass of Georgian wine. What I appreciated was that they didn’t try to reinvent traditional dishes for international palates; they just made them well. The staff was happy to recommend local places too, which showed they actually cared about guests having an authentic experience rather than just keeping them on property. The dining experience reflects genuine hospitality and local knowledge.

  Great location in Tbilisi Old Town, literally same street as the Sulfur baths (worth visiting!). Plenty of wonderful Georgian eateries nearby. Clean apartment with basic kitchen (small fridge, kettle, sink, gas cooktop), washing machine, comfortable bedrooms and our apartment had a lovely shaded terrace. Host was very welcoming and responsive, even meeting us very early in the morning to let us in after a red eye flight.

  Location: everything interesting to see in the old city is within walkable distance. The host is very nice, polite and helpful, the terrace is very spacious although the cold windy weather did not allow us to enjoy it as much as we wanted to. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything one might need.
