The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk folks were the kind of helpful where they’d actually draw little maps on napkins and recommend their personal favorite khinkali spots rather than just handing you a generic tourist brochure. For a 4-star place, it delivers on creating that “local insider” feeling that’s honestly pretty rare these days – you feel like you’re staying somewhere that belongs to the city rather than just being dropped into it.

  Great location in Tbilisi Old Town, literally same street as the Sulfur baths (worth visiting!). Plenty of wonderful Georgian eateries nearby. Clean apartment with basic kitchen (small fridge, kettle, sink, gas cooktop), washing machine, comfortable bedrooms and our apartment had a lovely shaded terrace. Host was very welcoming and responsive, even meeting us very early in the morning to let us in after a red eye flight.

  Location: everything interesting to see in the old city is within walkable distance. The host is very nice, polite and helpful, the terrace is very spacious although the cold windy weather did not allow us to enjoy it as much as we wanted to. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything one might need.
