  What could be improved: La doccia non ha la porta. Non abbiamo mai visto il proprietario. Le chiavi ci sono state lasciate sotto lo zerbino e per il pagamento abbiamo dovuto lasciare i soldi sul tavolo della casa. Non abbiamo mai visto nessuno. Accoglienza maluccio.

  Очень понравилось расположение квартиры в старом городе, недалеко до известных достопримечательностей. Внимательная хозяйка приготовила все необходимое для отдыха и проживания в своем чисто и уютном доме.

  Приехали в Тбилиси погостить. Нашли через Букинг эту квартиру. Местоположение прекрасное, от проспекта Руставели 5 минут пешком вниз. . Спальных мест много, в квартире все необходимое есть.
  
  What could be improved: Так как квартира находится в частном дворике, во дворике живет 3 собаки.. Собаки злые, лают. А в последний вечер отдыха, накинулись на нас (3х девочек,) и если бы не рюкзак в руках, то ноги моей дочери были бы покусаны..спас рюкзак. В руках.
  Поэтому, всех предупреждаю о собаках во дворе. Чьи они мы так и не поняли…

  Прекрасное расположение в центре города рядом с современной детской площадкой, очень удобная кухня, наличие дивана, обеденного стола, телевизор с интернет каналами, удобные кровати и отличное постельное белье

  В этом гостевом доме понравилось всё: и сам дом и хозяйка Манана. Получили больше, чем ожидалось. Дом располоден в центре, всё находится близко, даже если ехать на транспорте, то всё находится недалеко. Хозяйка всё рассказала и объяснила куда и как ехать и куда сходить пообедать. Всё прекрасно. Если ехать в Тбилиси, то точно в этот гостевой дом.

  Место отличное для отдыха. В центре центра) Хозяйка встретила рано утром, разместила. Всё есть для жизни: кухня, газовая плита, стиральная машина, душевая кабина, горячая вода и отопление. Метро "Площадь Свободы" и улица Руставели в 7 минутах от дома. Манана показала где магазины, где покупать овощи и выпечку по хорошим ценам. Поделилась с нами карточками на метро и фуникулер. Жили несколько недель зимой всей семьей и котом.

  Замечательно!!! Очень удобное месторасположение-практически до всего можно дойти пешком, наслаждаясь прогулкой по улочкам старого Тбилиси.
  Хозяйка апартаментов Манана -гостеприимный, открытый и позитивный человек. Манана, спасибо Вам огромное, благодаря Вам, мы чувствовали себя, как дома!!!😍😍😍
  Очень доброжелательные соседи, что тоже немаловажно.
  Для себя решили, что в следующую нашу поездку в Тбилиси мы остановимся только там!
