Hello 2 Overview
Tbilisi, that city of winding streets and stone‑lined balconies, feels like a living postcard when you step into Hello 2. The first thing you notice is the building itself: a mid‑century block that has been lovingly restored, with a subtle mix of Georgian stone and polished steel. The lobby is surprisingly airy; the floor tiles are a muted grey that reflects the soft glow from the recessed LED strips, and the scent of fresh-cut grass from the small balcony garden lingers in the air. Check‑in is a breezy affair – the front desk staff greet you with a friendly “good morning” and a quick rundown of the amenities, no long lines, no awkward small talk. Parking is on site, literally a 10‑minute walk from the entrance, which is a lifesaver if you’re lugging a suitcase and a stroller. The building’s single entrance is at the corner of Arutin Saiatnova and Fakesa Street, so you can easily pop in for a quick coffee at the little café across the block before you’re fully seated.
The real charm of Hello 2 comes from its context. The hotel is a stone’s throw from the Old Town, just a 4‑minute stroll to the bustling market at Vake, where locals trade fresh apricots and fragrant Georgian honey. If you want to experience the city’s culinary scene, you’re only a block away from the famous “Sakhli” restaurant, where the wood‑smoked fish is still the talk of the town. In the evenings, the noise level drops to a pleasant hum – the occasional distant gong from a temple, the soft chatter of a nearby bar, and the sweet lull of cicadas in the courtyard. There’s a small courtyard behind the hotel that’s perfect for a quick nap on the sofa, and the cushions are oddly fluffy, a detail that feels like a personal touch from the staff. The rooms are decorated in a minimalist style that’s accentuated by warm wooden panels; the beds are comfy, and the pillows have that just‑right softness that makes you want to stay a bit longer. The shower, by the way, has a great water pressure – a small luxury that feels like a big win after a long day of exploring. The only critique so far? The Wi‑Fi sometimes lags when the city’s internet traffic spikes, but that’s a minor quibble compared to everything else.
Honestly, the experience feels like a home away from home, especially after you’ve had a taste of the city’s real life. The staff is genuinely helpful – they’ll point you to the best spots to shop for antiques in the nearby Rike Park or recommend a hidden gem of a tea house on the corner of Paliashvili Avenue. If you’re traveling with kids, the hotel’s proximity to the Tbilisi Zoo is a huge plus, and they even offer a small play area on the roof that’s a hit with the little ones. The hotel’s rating of 8.7 on the travel site speaks volumes, but it’s the little details that make it stand out: the handwritten welcome notes, the subtle hints of local culture in the artwork, the scent of fresh bread in the kitchen. I mean, when I was there, I felt like I was part of the city’s heartbeat rather than just a guest. If you’re looking for a spot that feels authentic, feels local, and isn’t just another dot on the map, Hello 2 is the place to be. And if you’re planning a trip in the spring, keep in mind that the city’s traffic can get a bit chaotic during the festivals, so aim to arrive before the crowds hit peak. All in all, a solid 4‑star stay that’s more than just a roof over your head.
Tbilisi hotels provide guests with comfortable accommodations in Georgia’s cultural capital, known for its legendary wine culture and unique architectural blend.

Location was absolutely amazing. Tons of dining places and stores are around and several tourist spots are in a walkable distance from the apartment. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and warm and the owner was the sweetest, she made sure that for us this stay was nothing less but perfect.

The place is in an excellent location, close to everything we needed. The owner was very kind and helpful—on our last day, she suggested we leave our luggage there so we could enjoy the area without carrying it around. That thoughtful gesture made our day much easier. Highly recommended!
Our stay was comfortable. Apartment ambiance is nice. Nina was accomodating. It felt safe and we enjoyed our trip. There – Tesseyneth from Kuwait – December 19, 2024 (8/10)
The property was very near downtown tblisi and nina was kind. There was almost everything we needed for the cheap rental it is a good location.
What could be improved: The dishwashing tray was a bit dirty (better to change or clean it more). They didn’t have shoe rack as well. Our shoes were scattered on the floor. Also there is no bidet (big factor to be considered for tourists esp people from asia and middle east). Other than that everything was good.It was a nice stay tho its gets cold inside the room – Jeric from United Arab Emirates – January 27, 2024 (7/10)

What could be improved: Small kitchen and spaces, getting colder at the roomОтличное место – Squip91 from Belarus – August 5, 2025 (10/10)
What could be improved: –Хорошее место в центре старого города – Константин from Belarus – June 29, 2024 (9/10)
What could be improved: Спальни без окон наружу, только небольшие окна в гостинную. Отличная слышимость как в самой квартире так и звуки снаружи.Exceptional – Alfiia from Russia – October 24, 2023 (10/10)
