The lobby was surprisingly airy, a mix of polished stone and glass that gave off a faint scent of fresh coffee from the small café downstairs. Check‑in was quick; the front desk staff were friendly and handed me a keycard with a polite “Enjoy your stay.” (I mean, I was already halfway to a good night’s sleep.)

The apartment itself was everything the listing promised—three bedrooms, a spacious living area, and a kitchen that could handle a full meal or just a quick espresso. The 11th‑floor window frames a panoramic view of the old town’s winding streets and the distant hills, and the blinds are thick enough that you’re not woken by the city’s nightlife until the early morning. The living room is cozy, with a soft rug that feels like a warm hug and a sofa that actually supports your back (no more sagging seats from other hotels). The kitchen is a bit compact but functional; there’s a good-sized fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine that brews the best coffee I’ve had outside a hotel bar. The bathroom is bright and clean, and the shower has a lovely, steady stream—no weak tap water like some budget places.

The building’s parking is a bit of a mixed bag: you can get a spot in the basement, but it’s usually a scramble during the busy summer months. I parked in the lobby’s small lot just to be safe, and the security guard was super helpful, even showing me the elevator’s “no‑stop” button for the 11th floor. Noise-wise, it’s surprisingly quiet for a city apartment; the only thing that breaks the calm are the occasional sirens or the distant traffic at night. I’d say the sound of the city is almost a lullaby, but it’s a bit too quiet for those who like the buzz—so maybe a bit of a trade‑off.

Walking out onto Ketevan Tsamebuli Avenue, the neighborhood feels like a living museum. There’s the old bazaar on the corner where you can smell fresh khachapuri baking, and a tiny park with a fountain that’s perfect for a sunset stroll.   Квартира находится рядом с метро 300 арагвинцев. В доме на первом этаже есть магазин Каррфур и банк, где можно обменять валюту. В квартире есть практически всё для комфортного пребывания, включая адаптеры для электроприборов, шампуни, гели для душа, фен и мн. др. Чистота в квартире идеальная!!! Хозяин квартиры постоянно на связи и быстро отвечает на вопросы.
  
  What could be improved: В ванной, где вместо душевой кабины ванна, желательно повесить занавеску для, чтобы вода во время приема душа не попадала на пол. Но это незначительная мелочь.

  Отличное расположение, есть обменные пункты и магазины в шаговой доступности.
  Много места в квартире. Две ванных комнаты, что очень удобно.
  Хозяин пошел на встречу и разрешил заселиться в 7 утра.
  Четкая инструкция по получению ключей.
