  Прекрасное расположение в самом центре Тбилиси. В шаговой доступности центральный проспект, здание парламента и метро. Также порадовала хорошая инфраструктура (рядом несколько магазинов, один из них работает круглосуточно). Дистанционное заселение тоже оказалось очень комфортным.
  
  What could be improved: Единственный минус, холодные полы из-за особенности строения дома. Тапочки в доме просто необходимы. В остальном никаких проблем не возникло.

  В целом отличная квартира. Очень удобная локация и самое прикольное самостоятельное заселение, нам очень пригодилось. В квартире было все самое необходимое для проживания . Владельцы были очень приветливы и всегда на связи.
