• Good for a stay with a big family or a group of friends – Nick from Russia – July 23, 2023 (8/10)

  – We stayed as a big family, so the disposition was great with 2 isolated rooms (with many beds) and a big kitchen/dining area. The little balcony was nice as well.
  – The location was pretty good too. Many nice places (cafes, restaurants, coffee places, even a big sports ground) were in the next blocks. Some of the main avenues were close too, so we could walk about 20-30 minutes to the historical center.
  – Washing machine and dishwasher were definitely useful.
  
  Overall it was a nice stay.
  
  What could be improved: – It looked like the bed sheets hadn't been properly cleaned before we arrived. So we had to change them ourselves. Luckily the clean ones have been hanging on the dryer. Along with that, we had to clean a couple of dusty corners (behind the bed).
  – Although there are enough cooking utensils for everything you need, more cups, small plates and bowls would have been very useful. We had to wash some dishes more often, because there was not enough of them even for one meal. The amount of big plates and glasses was ok.
  – The shower was changing the temperature from hot to cold and back to hot all the time. Not sure if it was a problem with the boiler or something else.

  The photos are true, spacious, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the apartment is in a great location.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom door has a crack through which everything is clearly visible. The doors creak, there are cobwebs with spiders in the bathroom and living room. Woodworms live in wooden beds, which can be heard at night, my husband could not sleep. The second tier of beds is wobbly.

  Veeeeery nice and cozy and beautiful room totally exceeding my expectations.
  Clean, perfect interior, overall perfect experience with having a chance to drink a morning coffee on a very nice balcony.

  Отличное расположение. Отзывчивый персонал. Уютная квартира. Свое отопление, можно включать на ночь, если холодно. Прожили с семьёй 21 день без особых проблем.
  
  What could be improved: Матрацы жестковатые, но это на любителя.
  Ночью по выходным под окном собиралась шумная компания и не давала спать.
  К сожалению нет духовки, поэтому готовили только на газовой плите.
  Соседка сверху не выносит шума, поэтому с детьми тяжко. Грозилась полицией, хотя дети особо не шумели,конечно громче чем взрослые 🙂

  What could be improved: – Не работают кондиционеры в комнатах (на кухне работает), из-за этого стоит сырость. Окна открываются, но т.к. квартира находится на 1-м этаже, не оставить их открытыми.
  – Полотенца в пятнах и следах ржавчины. После обращения к владельцу их заменили.
  – Часть постельного белья неприятно пахнет.
  – В один из дней пропала горячая вода. После возвращения с прогулки обнаружили, что кодовая дверь закрыта на ключ и ее невозможно открыть. Залезли сами и закинули детей через балкон, т.к. он оказался открыт.
  – Верхний ярус кроватей шатается, от этого ночью просыпаешься. Хозяину не мешало бы как-то стабилизировать кровати.
  – Потеки и пятна на стене в гостиной.
  – Остались использованные памперсы от предыдущих жильцов под столом в комнате.
  – Хозяин только отвечает в чате Вотсапп, никак не поговорить с ним по телефону.
