  Huoneiston omistaja on mukava ja ystävällinen.
  Puhdas keittiö.
  Kaunis ajatus moderninhuoneiston vuokraamisesta, vaatii kuitenkin monien asioden kuntoon laittamista.
  
  What could be improved: Ei palosammuttimia, ei palovaroittimia, huoneistoon pääse likaisilla rappusilla seitsemännelle kertokselle, joka on rakennettu vanhan kerrostalon katolle. Rappukäytävällä on roikkuvia johtoja ja paloarkaaromua, pölyä. Siivousfirma hoittaa huonosti siivoukset. Meille oli tarjottu kosteat lakanat sekä pyyhkeiden puhtaus oli kyseenalainen. Kylmyys huoneistossa on aiheuttanut meille vilustumista. Kuumaa ilmaa puuhaltava laite lämmittää vain eteisen ja osaa keittiöistä.

  Уютная квартира-Студия, с отличным расположением, есть все, продуманы детали: розетки, кол-во светильников, даже нашли дополнительный раскладывающийся стол, удобно тем, кто работает. Из окон отличный вид, панорама, несмотря на то, что центр, здесь довольно тихо и уютно)
