You’re in the real heart of Tbilisi, but tucked away on a street that feels more residential than touristy. The building itself has this understated elegance that doesn’t scream for attention, which I actually appreciate.

Here’s what I love about this spot — you can walk to pretty much everything that matters in Tbilisi’s old town, but you’re not dealing with the constant noise and crowds. Taras Shevchenko Street is one of those addresses locals recognize immediately, and you’ll find yourself perfectly positioned between the historic district and the more modern parts of the city. The fact that they offer free parking is honestly a game-changer if you’re planning to explore Georgia by car, because finding decent parking in central Tbilisi can be… well, let’s just say it’s not fun.

Your Space

The room I stayed in had this perfect balance of modern comfort and Georgian character — you know what I mean, those little touches that remind you where you are without going overboard with the theme. The windows are generous, and depending on which side you’re on, you’ll get glimpses of the city spreading out below. What struck me most was how quiet everything felt once you closed the door, despite being so centrally located. The attention to detail is there without feeling fussy.

Daily Rhythms

Mornings here have this nice, unhurried feel to them. The breakfast setup isn’t massive, but it’s thoughtfully done with both international options and some Georgian specialties that are actually worth trying (I mean, when in Tbilisi, right?). The staff seems to genuinely know the area well — they gave me directions to a couple of places I never would have found otherwise. You get the sense that this isn’t just a job for them, which makes a difference when you’re trying to navigate a new city.

That 9.8 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen — you feel it in the way everything works smoothly without being overly formal. Couples especially seem drawn to this place, and I can see why.   One thing that I can say about is that it is indeed in a prime location. I loved the atmosphere in the area and the accommodation was just what I wanted. Plenty of room to move around and you don't feel cramped. It is a great choice to stay if you want to walk to great cafes, food store, restaurants and bars. Central square was less than a 10 minute walk distance, also to the historical buildings, parks and the mall. This is a must accommodation if you are visiting Tbilisi.

  Very warm place to spend a stay in Tbilisi. Located right in the center, all tours can be done on foot. The host is very responsive and understandable. No problem with communication. The apartment is very well equipped. I would be happy to meet again if I need to go back to Sakartvelo:) . highly recommend it

  Fantastic place – exactly as described. Sparkling clean. Very communicative host. Place is super convenient – close to many things. The airport pickup service was also excellent, much better than taxi – spot is great to witness daily action of the city

  Our little trip became better when we arrived at this place. That balcony is excellent for smokers and not only. The view is nice. Overall, I had all I needed and more in this apartament and I clearly come back when I will be in Tbilisi next time

  The apartment is great! It’s clean and spacious, loved the nice view, and location is very central, Easy to travel to every tourist place by foot.
  The apartment has everything you need; big, very soft bed, equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and very nice balcony.

  We chose The apartment in Tbilisi because of its excellent location and charming decor. It's spacious and comes with everything you might need. It's a very short walk to the central road and about a 10-minute away from several major tourist attractions. The apartment itself is even better than the photos suggest and is most probably the best listing in Tbilisi. We are really glad we chose this apartment and will definitely be choosing it again if we ever come back to Tbilisi. Thanks for the great stay!

  This place is exactly like the photos! Very pretty, well decorated and very clean. The shower was also amazing! The location is right in the city center near all the best shopping and touristic spots. The host was always quick to respond and super helpful with any needs or questions. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Tbilisi.

  We were very pleased with the apartment. It is perfectly located (5 min from the main shopping Mall) and a 24/7 supermarket can be found directly underneath the apartment. There is also a cool coffee/restaurant right next to the apartment (Respublica Grill Bar). I highly recommend the apartment – for young and old 🙂
