But honestly, this place completely changed my mind about what a 4-star apartment-style hotel can be. There’s something refreshingly unpretentious about it that I actually love.

The moment you walk in, you get this sense that someone really thought about how people actually live when they travel. I mean, we’ve all stayed in those sterile hotel rooms where you can’t figure out how to dim the lights or find a decent place to charge your phone. This isn’t that. The apartment setup feels genuinely livable – you know what I mean? Like, there’s counter space where you can actually spread out your stuff, and the lighting doesn’t make you look like you’re in a morgue. The kitchen area (yeah, there’s actually a proper little kitchen) has this nice worn-in feel that suggests real people cook real meals here, not just heat up instant noodles.

What really got me was the attention to those small details that most places completely miss. The shower pressure is honestly fantastic – I know that sounds weird to get excited about, but you know how disappointing hotel showers can be. And they’ve got these really thoughtful touches throughout, like enough outlets where you actually need them and blackout curtains that, well, actually black out the room. The whole vibe manages to feel both comfortable and put-together without trying too hard. I stayed here during what seemed like a pretty busy period, and even then it felt peaceful – no slamming doors at 2 AM or people shouting in the hallways. The 8.9 rating makes complete sense once you spend a night here. It’s one of those places where everything just works the way it’s supposed to, which sounds simple but is surprisingly rare. You’re not getting flashy amenities or marble everything, but you’re getting something better – a space that actually feels like a home base rather than just a place to crash. Honestly, I’d come back here without hesitation, and that’s saying something because I’m usually pretty picky about where I stay.

  Good location. Bright. Big balcony and reasonable view. Located in a quiet area, and the building is quiet.
  
  The housekeeper doesn't speak English, but is lovely and cleans the apartment a bit during your stay if you're there for a while (and is more active than most places you stay in Tbilisi). She even did my laundry.

  Apartment is located in a city center 5 minutes walk from the Vake district.
  10 minutes walk from the apartment there is Rustaveli metro station. The location is a best for if you are traveling for both, business and leisure.

  The apartment is spacious, well designed, brightly lit! The housekeeper is so welcoming and helpful! The place has great views and is located in a great neighbourhood. There are so many cozy coffee shops and little cafes nearby, yet the Vere district itself is still pretty quiet! It's located in between Vake district (lively modern but super expensive) and the historic center (~20 min walk to the very heart of the city). So it's definitely my preferred location. There are multiple parks in a walking distance, lot's of grocery stores and a modern gym. Great place for a longer vacation!

  Apartment is cozy, view from private balcony is just sublime (you can enjoy sunsets and mountains every day). TV is big and chilling on the couch in the living room is a joy. Location is great, all places of interest, restaurants and supermarkets are really close.
