Parking was a bit of a hassle; the street can get crowded, but there’s a small, paid lot a block away that’s usually empty until late afternoon. That said, I did have to walk a few hundred meters, but the walk was a pleasant stroll past the old churches and the faint scent of baked bread from a nearby bakery.

The room itself was a cozy capsule, with a view that looked out over the cobblestones of the old town. The bed was comfortable, but the mattress was a bit firmer than I’d hoped—sort of like a traditional Georgian mattress that hasn’t been steamed or anything. The bathroom had a modern touch with a deep soaking tub, though the water pressure was a bit on the low side. I found the Wi‑Fi connection a bit sluggish, especially on the first night when the locals were streaming live concerts from the amphitheater, so if you’re a digital nomad, you might want to bring a portable hotspot. The minibar was surprisingly stocked with local nuts and a few bottles of wine, which is a nice touch. There was a small table by the window that faced a street where kids were playing with a plastic scooter—just a reminder that you’re in the middle of everyday life, not a quiet resort.

What really made Guesthouse TTT stand out was the neighborhood. I walked to the nearby Vake Park the next morning—just a ten‑minute walk—where the early‑morning joggers and the scent of eucalyptus filled the air. I also found myself strolling along Rustaveli Avenue, where the city’s pulse really hits its stride.   There is a quiet green district with small grocery stores nearby, the house is absolutely comfy and beautiful. We've been here for a week (three persons) and completely satisfied. The house owners were speaking with us in Russian, Polish and English, they provided an airport transfer and fed us grapes from their garden 🙂 We're really grateful for the opportunity to spend a vacation there.

  It’s a homestay type property runs by ambrosi .. he is such a nice person,he was too friendly.. rooms are big with all facilities and location is also near to city center . Price is reasonable..i enjoyed my stay nd i would recommend this place for everyone…

  Путешествовали из Беларуси (3 взрослых и ребёнок 9 лет). Питание не было включено в стоимость размещения. Завтрак готовили самостоятельно, для этого в доме было всё необходимое. Размещение дома в черте старого города, удобно добираться до центра даже пешком (не спеша дошли за 25 мин). Спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство!

  Спасибо большое хозяевам. Доброжелательные люди. Все удобно. До метро 15 мин. На углу дома автобусная остановка. Можно доехать до рынка.у нас была отдельно стоящая времянка со всеми удобствами. Очень довольны.хозяин пошел навстречу держал бронь сутки, в связи с нашей задержкой. Готов был приехать нас забрать с автовокзала. Спасибо за гостеприимство.
