  The host was helpful and responsive, and he spoke fluent English. He went out of his way to introduce me to the neighborhood, and showed me how to find the grocery stores and subway station.
  
  The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with everything in decent condition. Essential cooking, cleaning and dining equipment were provided. The shower was good, and the WiFi was reliable.
  
  You have to supply your own laundry detergent.
  
  There's a local bus pick up point on the street outside, and it's a short walk to Isani station.
  
  If you're happy to stay in a regular working class neighborhood, a short distance from where the action is, I recommend this apartment highly.
  
  What could be improved: There was an interruption to the heating for one day. However, the host supplied a fan heater to keep me warm until it was fixed.
  
  No tumble dryer or microwave oven. I understand these appliances are rare in Georgia.
  
  Be careful with your crumbs, because there is an ant colony somewhere.
  
  There were a couple of interruptions to the water supply of a few hours. I understand these affected the whole district. Tbilisi water has a good reputation, so it's likely that problem will be resolved soon, but be sure to fill the water jug when your arrive just in case.
  
  Tblisi is a city in a valley, and the walk from the subway station is uphill.
  
  There is an underpass that takes you under the main road, but there is still a street with aggressive traffic you have to cross in order to reach the subway station. Be careful if you bring children.

  A pleasant place to stay. The host was very welcoming and there was no problem arriving in the middle of the night from the airport. The room was newly refurbished in the georgian style, I wasn´t missing anything there. The underground station Isani was easily walkable.

  Очень душевное место! Добрые и внимательные хозяева, в доме идеальная чистота — даже краны блестят. Атмосфера уюта, просторный двор с беседками, а из окон открывается приятный вид. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым — удобно и по-домашнему.

  Мы второй раз в Тбилиси и в этот раз в полной мере испытали на себе настоящее грузинское гостеприимство! Нам и до этого везло с хозяевами, но в этот раз просто выше всех похвал! Александр помогал во всем, реагировал на все наши запросы и даже больше! Стиральная машинка хоть каждый день и бесплатно – пожалуйста! Шашлыки во дворе – пожалуйста, сам готов был нам их пожарить! Ночью холодновато – предоставил дополнительные обогреватели!Угощал собственным вином! Встречал и даже провожал нас лично (у нас был ночной отъезд!)! В общем, мы получили 5-извездочный отель за смешную цену! С радостью приедем еще и будем останавливаться только здесь!

  Проживала в этом гостевом доме в конце августа 2024 года. Понравилось абсолютно все! Уютный спокойный район, чистый номер, и – особенно для меня важно – человечность и отзывчивость хозяев, их добрые сердца и неоценимая помощь в моей очень сложной ситуации в последний день проживания. Вернусь на следующий год обязательно!

  Гамарджоба! Hello! Здравствуйте!
  Летом в августе 2024г. мы с подругой отдыхали в Тбилиси. Бронировали жильё в Guest house Eden заранее за 5 месяцев. Всегда тщательно подхожу к выбору жилья, учитывая отзывы, удобства, бюджетную стоимость и расположение. При поиске была удивлена очень высоким рейтингом. И не зря! Этот гостевой дом не только соответствует оценкам, но и превзошёл наши ожидания!
  Окончательно определиться с выбором проживания нам помогла переписка с хозяином этого дома, Алексом. Он давал ответы на все наши вопросы с готовностью и на русском, при том, что Алекс не говорит на этом языке; пошёл на встречу при изменении нашей брони, учитывая наши обстоятельства; всегда был на связи и отвечал почти сразу. В общем, мы точно знали, что нас будут ждать!
  Условия: номер- студия очень чистый, аккуратный, уютный, с хорошим ремонтом. В номере всё есть: три полотенца на каждого, посуда, мыло, туалетная бумага. Есть кондиционер, холодильник, кровати очень удобные; кухня, душ и туалет в номере. Во дворе беседки, везде чистота и порядок. Район тихий, минутах в 10 станция метро. Нам всё очень понравилось, хозяин Алекс – гостеприимный, вежливый, улыбчивый. Одним словом, с добрым сердцем!
  От всего сердца рекомендуем этот гостевой дом! 💛

  Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Отличный номер с кухней и отдельной ванной. Правда хотели диван и две отдельные кровати, а нам дали номер с двумя двухспальными кроватями. Но ничего. Есть две беседки, мангал. Фруктовый сад, в котором можно есть плоды. Нам очень понравилось.
