The street itself is lined with a mix of old Soviet-era buildings and sleek Georgian facades, giving it that unique, layered vibe that only Tbilisi can pull off. I mean, you’ll notice the flickering street lamps at night and the occasional street musician filling the air with a soft, melancholy violin tune. That’s the kind of subtle soundtrack that makes you feel grounded.

Check‑in was surprisingly smooth – the staff greeted me with a warm smile and handed over a keycard that worked with a simple tap. The lobby, while modest, had a cozy feel, with a couple of mismatched chairs and a small wooden coffee table that looked like it belonged in a vintage shop. They didn’t offer a fancy welcome drink, but there was a small fridge with bottled water and local mineral water – a tiny, thoughtful touch. And parking? They have a paid lot just around the corner – it’s a bit of a walk, but you’ll get a great view of the city lights from the roof. The only thing that was a bit noisy was the traffic on Ioseb Grishashvili Street, especially at 7 am when the city’s buses and taxis rush by.   Один из лучших вариантов за все время моих путешествий. Был даже утюг с доской, фен, молчу уж про свою кухню, просторные помещения, два телевизора, большой холодильник.

  Отдельный дом в самом сердце Старого Тбилиси. Во дворике стол и кресла. Завтракали и ужинали на улице. Всё чисто и полностью укомплектовано. Четыре минуты пешком до Серных бань. Ночью полнейшая тишина. Милейшая хозяйка.
