What I really appreciate is the free private parking — honestly, finding decent parking in Tbilisi can be a nightmare, so this is a huge relief if you’re renting a car or driving in from somewhere else.

The breakfast at Saffron restaurant was top-notch, especially thanks to Sepehr, who was so friendly and knew a lot about the food, especially the Georgian dishes. I highly recommend this hotel!

  The booking was such last minute, but the reception staff were so friendly & accommodating. The check-in lady even paid my Bolt fare for me, as I didn't have small Lari notes.
  
  My return flight was rescheduled owing to the DXB airport floods, and the check-out crew allowed me to stay a few extra hours in the room – a true mark of hospitality.
  
  The supervisor gentleman at the restaurant was a true service provider – very elegant & polite.
