With that solid 8.5 rating and four-star status, it’s clearly doing something right, and after spending a few nights there, I can see why guests keep coming back.

What struck me most was how they’ve nailed that boutique hotel sweet spot – you know, where it feels intimate and carefully curated without being pretentious about it. The DNT Group has clearly put some serious thought into the design here. Every corner feels intentional, from the lobby that somehow manages to be both cozy and impressive, to the way they’ve handled the lighting throughout the property. It’s one of those places where you find yourself taking photos not because you have to for Instagram, but because the spaces are genuinely beautiful. The rooms have this perfect balance of modern amenities and character – honestly, I spent way too much time just appreciating the attention to detail in the furnishings and layout.

The service really sets this place apart though. You can tell the staff actually cares about what they’re doing, which sounds like a small thing but makes such a difference when you’re traveling. Check-in was smooth (none of that awkward waiting around while they figure out their computer system), and throughout my stay, everyone seemed to know what was going on. I mean, there’s nothing worse than asking the front desk about local recommendations and getting that blank stare, but these folks clearly know their stuff. The housekeeping was spot-on too – fresh towels that actually smelled good, not like industrial detergent, and they managed to clean around my stuff without making it look like a tornado hit the room. Small details, but they add up to make the whole experience feel more thoughtful and less like you’re just another room number to them.

  Fantastic hotel in a nice neighbourhood of Tbilisi. I liked it so much that I ended up staying for 2 more nights than originally planned! It’s the perfect neighbourhood for foodies and only a short taxi ride to the touristy main area.
  The staff were fantastic – Lika in particular was friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. She helped me a lot and ensured I would definitely return to Gladius hotels in the future.
  The room was spacious, perfectly clean, and really comfortable and I felt so at home there. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough!

  The location is super..near 24 hrs supermarket and a lot of halal restaurants and coffee shops..the decorations is beautiful..there is bidet in the Bathroom..but the central air conditioning is not good the room is very hot especially upstairs
