You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to giorgi – honestly, the name doesn’t give you any hints about what you’re walking into. But sometimes the best places are the ones that surprise you, and this 4-star spot absolutely delivered in ways I didn’t see coming.

The first thing that hits you is how the staff actually remembers your name after day one (and I mean your actual name, not just “sir” or “madam”). There’s this genuine warmth here that feels more like staying with a really well-organized friend than checking into a typical hotel. The lobby has this lived-in elegance – not the sterile marble-and-chrome thing you see everywhere, but comfortable leather chairs that actually look like people sit in them, and artwork that someone clearly chose because they liked it, not because it matched the color scheme. I spent way too much time people-watching from one of those chairs with my morning coffee, which – side note – they serve until 11 AM without making you feel like you’re inconveniencing anyone.

What really sold me on this place though was the attention to details that actually matter when you’re traveling. The rooms have proper reading lights (you’d be amazed how many places get this wrong), and the shower pressure is exactly what you need after a long day of walking around. The beds are that perfect firmness where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed whole. I mean, I slept like a rock every single night, which for someone who usually tosses and turns in unfamiliar places, that’s saying something. The housekeeping team somehow manages to refresh everything without ever making you feel rushed to leave in the morning – they’ve got this timing thing down to an art form. And here’s something I really appreciated: the WiFi actually works in every corner of the building, including that dead zone by the elevators that seems to exist in every hotel I’ve ever stayed at. With a 9.1 rating, you can tell other guests have noticed these same touches. It’s one of those places where you find yourself extending your stay if you can swing it, not because there’s nowhere else to go, but because you’ve gotten genuinely comfortable and the thought of packing up and dealing with another check-in process somewhere else just feels unnecessary.

  my old parents stay there for few nights , the manager looked after them properly. my parents were very happy about the hotel itself and staff . they said it was very clean , it has friendly and helpful staff so definitely good value for money .

  It is homestay in a normal apartmentbuilding. Do not expect any signs so good to call the owner to find the right door. Great facility, good location. Very friendly owner. (Uses google translate). All very safe

  Спасибо огромное Гиорги за гостеприимство! Нам очень понравился отель, идеальная чистота, уютные номера, на общей кухне есть всё необходимое для жизни. Очень выручил доступный для гостей принтер – мы приезжали в консульство, и не пришлось бегать по городу в поисках копицентра, сделали всё в отеле! Желаю удачи и процветания!
