  1) The location is amazing. Tbilisi is fairly polluted and noisy, but the hotel sits high up enough for that to be a non-issue, and the views are breathtaking. It's worth walking on foot from the hotel to the city center, because the way downhill is through the beautiful old city.
  2) The staff was very hospitable and kind, always willing to help with everything we needed.
  3) The room was very spacious (we booked a 'Deluxe Twin Room'), clean, comfortable and has an AC.
  4) The dining room's atmosphere is simply amazing; breakfast is great, although not too extravagant.
  5) The room service/cleaning is superb.

  The hotel is well organised, cozy vibe and above all, neat and clean. The hotel building looks quite old but the room itself is very clean with well managed furniture.
  You can see amazing city view from most of the rooms.
  The breakfast is classic. Also enjoy the awesome city view from the restaurant while having a breakfast.

  There is a very nice breakfast/bar terrace with the view of the city. Wi-fi works really good compared to other stays in Georgia. Rooms are clean. Stuff is very professional.
