What really struck me about this place is how it manages to feel like you’re staying in someone’s well-appointed home rather than just another cookie-cutter hotel room. The apartment-style setup means you actually have space to breathe – I mean, there’s something refreshing about being able to make your morning coffee without having to navigate around a tiny hotel desk setup. The furnishings have that lived-in quality that’s comfortable without being shabby, if that makes sense. Everything feels thoughtfully chosen rather than bulk-ordered from some hotel supply catalog. The lighting is actually decent too, which honestly matters more than most people realize until they’re trying to read at night or get ready in the morning.

I particularly appreciated the kitchen area – it’s not just one of those token setups with a mini-fridge and microwave that nobody uses. You could genuinely cook a proper meal if you wanted to, though honestly, with all the great local spots nearby, I mostly just used it for keeping leftovers and making coffee. Speaking of which, the coffee situation is solid – they don’t cheap out on the basics. The Wi-Fi actually works consistently throughout the space (tested it thoroughly, as one does), and the beds are comfortable without being too soft or too firm. There’s adequate storage space, which sounds boring but trust me, after a few days of living out of a suitcase, you’ll appreciate having places to actually put your stuff. The bathroom setup is well thought out too – good water pressure, proper lighting around the mirror, and enough counter space that you’re not playing Jenga with your toiletries. One small thing that stuck with me was how quiet it stays at night. You know how some places have that constant hum of elevators or hallway chatter? Not here. I actually slept better than I do at home, which rarely happens when I’m traveling. The whole experience just feels more authentic and less… well, less like you’re staying in a place designed by committee.

  Приехав в Грузию были без связи В этом же доме с торца есть банк, там wi-fi, связались с хозяином. Быстрое и удобное заселение. Бесплатная парковка во дворе. Рядом магазины, метро, обменник, старый город. Удобное расположение. Нам всё понравилось. Фотографии соответствуют действительности.

  Прекрасное расположение, большая квартира, приветливая хозяйка, готовая помочь по всем вопросам, и ее прекрасная тетя! Мы в восторге от квартиры, Тбилиси, Грузии и нашего отдыха.

  Хорошее расположение в самом центре, в здании есть бесплатный лифт, в квартире есть все необходимое для базового проживания. Хозяева очень добрые и вежливые. Заботливые, но не навязчивые. В нашем случае в момент заселения в большей части города отключали воду (какие-то ремонтные работы трубопровода), они предупредили нас заранее и закупили большое количество воды. Так же мы жили с кошечкой, хозеява положительно отнеслись к этому факту. Соответствует фотографиям.
