What I really appreciated was how the building sits back from the main avenue just enough – you get the convenience of being on a major street without feeling like you’re sleeping next to a highway.

The apartment itself lives up to that “full comfort” promise better than I expected. The kitchen is actually functional (you know how rare that is in vacation rentals), with decent cookware and a fridge that doesn’t sound like it’s about to die. The living space feels lived-in rather than sterile – there’s real furniture, not just the bare minimum to check boxes. The Wi-Fi works consistently, which honestly saved my trip since I had some work to catch up on. My only real complaint is that the shower pressure could be stronger, but that’s pretty typical for this part of the city anyway. The 8.7 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers on what it promises without any nasty surprises.

What really sold me on this place was the little things that you don’t think about until you need them. There’s a decent grocery store about two blocks away, the kind where locals actually shop, not one of those tourist traps. The building’s entrance feels secure without being intimidating, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no awkward key handoffs or confusing instructions. You can tell someone’s actually thought about what travelers need rather than just throwing together a rental. For a 4-star place, it punches above its weight in terms of making you feel settled rather than just housed. If you’re the type who prefers having your own space over hotel services, and you want to experience Tbilisi more like a temporary resident than a tourist, this spot hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  Nice, clean and spacious apartment. The apartment was exactly the same as in the pictures on Booking.com. The host Lasha was very helpful and quick to respond. There was everything we needed as a family of 5 for a short stay. Location was pretty good and close to all necessary locations. I would highly recommend.

  Very comfortable apartments on 3rd floor with 2 bedrooms. You have everything for living. Very hospitable staff. Location is very good, especially if you need Vake and Saburtalo area, but it's also ok for historical center, it takes 15 minutes by car to Freedom Square. We tried a lot of apartments like this in Tbilisi and think this is the best for families with kids. Big park with kids facilities just in front of building. Small supermarket is on another side of same building. Parking zone near the entrance. Reception works 24/7. Mattresses on beds are very good. Kitchen includes everything we needed. We will return there, without a doubt.
