But walking into this property completely changed my perspective on what luxury accommodations can actually be. The whole concept here revolves around giving you space that feels like your own sophisticated apartment rather than just another hotel room, and they’ve absolutely nailed it.

What really struck me during my stay was how thoughtfully everything’s been designed. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel studios – we’re talking about genuinely spacious layouts with separate living areas, full kitchens (not just those sad mini-fridges), and work spaces that you’d actually want to use. The kitchens come stocked with proper cookware and appliances, which honestly saved me a fortune since I could make my morning coffee exactly how I like it and grab ingredients from local markets instead of relying on room service for everything. The beds are ridiculously comfortable too – I mean, I’m talking about the kind of sleep quality that makes you consider asking where they got their mattresses.

The staff here really knows their stuff, and you can tell they’ve been trained to think beyond the standard hotel playbook. Instead of just handing you a generic city map, they’ll actually sit down and walk you through the neighborhood based on what you’re interested in. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s those little details that add up, like how they time the housekeeping so you’re never rushed out in the morning, or how the front desk always seems to have solid restaurant recommendations that aren’t just the touristy spots everyone else suggests. The building itself has this really nice energy too – it’s busy enough that you feel connected to the city, but the soundproofing is excellent so you can actually get work done or just relax without constant street noise. I stayed during what I later learned was peak season, and while the surrounding area definitely gets lively, the studios themselves stayed surprisingly peaceful. Check-in was smooth, parking wasn’t the nightmare I’d anticipated, and honestly, by the end of my stay I was already thinking about booking my next visit. If you’re the type of traveler who wants luxury but also values having your own space and the freedom to live a bit more like a local, this place really delivers on that promise.

  It is the best hotel I've ever been. Hotel has historic feel and yet the rooms are very modern. Friendly stuff. Very clean. Great location, it's right in the heart of Tbilisi, so you can walk to everything.

  You won't find a better location! The apartment is very spacious, a chic wooden staircase, huge windows. The apartment is very light. The owner or manager is very nice, always gets in touch! Thank you very much, I will definitely come back!

  Cool fancy apartment in old building in calm street in the heart of Tbilisi. Everything was perfect. There's a private car park few meters away, for 20lari/day if you need to park your car.

  The place is specious and is located near freedom square which is centrally located to everywhere you want to walk to and it has so many restaurants and couple of malls around the corner. Also upon checkout the owner allowed me to extend it until 3 pm as my flight was at 6 pm. They are very kind and respond to you immediately.

  This property was nestled in the middle of one of the most famous locations in Tbilisi and it’s a steal for anyone looking to live the authentic Georgian experience. The host is friendly, easy to communicate with and the instructions were pretty clear. The apartment is cosy and comfortable and all the amenities complemented the place really well.
