The name had me picturing some sort of budget hostel situation, but this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. It’s got this solid 4-star setup that feels more like staying at a friend’s really nice place than a typical hotel room. The 8.5 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those spots where everything just works without being flashy about it.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to create this apartment vibe while still giving you proper hotel service. You know what I mean? You get the space and comfort of having your own place, but someone’s still taking care of the details. The rooms have that lived-in quality that makes you want to actually unpack instead of living out of your suitcase. I found myself making coffee in the morning and sitting by the window like I belonged there – honestly, that’s pretty rare for me in hotels. The setup is smart too; there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without tripping over everything, and the kitchen area is actually functional, not just for show.

The whole experience feels refreshingly low-key compared to those over-the-top places that try too hard. Check-in was smooth – no weird complications or surprise fees that pop up later. I mean, you can tell they’ve figured out the things that actually matter to travelers versus what looks good in photos. The neighborhood has this authentic energy to it, and you’re close enough to everything without being right in the middle of tourist chaos. Parking wasn’t a nightmare either, which honestly sealed the deal for me. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying longer than planned because leaving feels like too much effort, and I don’t mean that in a lazy way – more like you’ve found your temporary home base and why mess with a good thing?

  It is perfectly located in the center of Tbilisi, within walking distance of all city sights. The owner Nick is super friendly and helpful, we did a 2 day trip with Nick to Kakheti and Kazbegi. The tour was amazing and Nick was a great guide, he gave us lots of information and we enjoyed his company so much! I highly recommend this apartment!
