The staff genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing here, which you can tell within about five minutes of checking in. No robotic scripts or fake smiles – just people who actually want to help you figure out the area and make sure you’re comfortable.

What really got me was the attention to small details that most places completely overlook. The lighting in the rooms is actually designed for humans – you can read without squinting, but it’s not harsh either. The beds are properly comfortable (I’m talking about that sweet spot where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed), and honestly, the linens feel more expensive than what you’d expect at this price point. The bathrooms have those little touches that show someone was thinking – good water pressure, towels that don’t feel like sandpaper, and enough counter space that you don’t have to play Tetris with your toiletries. I also noticed they’ve managed to keep noise to a minimum, which is harder to pull off than you’d think in boutique properties.

  Very nice contemporary hotel, about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Tbilisi. Quieter location than in the centre of town. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Apart from the shower and stained carpets a very comfortable stay.

  The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I arrived very early in the morning and they facilitated an early check in. Furthermore I was supposed to change room after one night but they managed the situation so that I didn’t have to change. The staff gave excellent recommendations to experience the local area.
